My favorite place in all of Manhattan. The owner is so awesome and the staff is spectacular. They have so many boba combinations to try and they can even vary the level of sweetness too. My go to is a cup of sticky rice alongside a Thai Milk Tea with pudding instead of boba. I can't wait to check out their new bakery when it opens next door. Head to Pandora, try something new and leave a fun sticky-note on the wall!!? ?

Bought a boba here today and asked the asian lady at the counter if they have a lactose free milk available for the milk tea(cause i have lactose intolerance), she said yes and so I asked what kind of milk it was (even gave examples if it was soy, etc)The lady at the counter then raised her voice and said : I DONT KNOW JUST THAT ITS NON DAIRYit wasnt even busy but that lady was rude as heck and shouldnt be working at the front of the store maybe tuck her at the back cause she's unpleasant.My matcha was great but the customer service of that lady just aint it.

Don't come unless you want to wait an hour for ice cream. Our group was the only group in the place and they kept taking mobile orders in front of our orders and we waited for nearly two hours. Workers weren't even remotely pleasant.

I’ve been to Pandora several times, and they have not disappointed once! Their boba, ice cream, and crepes are delicious. With all of their items there is so much customizability. I’ve had better boba in Kansas City, but for Manhattan this place is the number 1 go-to for desserts.

Taste was good but organization of orders is terrible. We had 4 things we ordered. All made in random order with several people who ordered after us was made way before ours. I kept having to tell them we were missing things. They made one thing. Then made other customers. Then made one more of ours and on and on. We waited 30+ minutes to get our stuff. Very frustrating.

The ice cream was great but the customer service was interesting to say the least. The guy just stared at us and didn't welcome us or anything and we had to awkwardly ask if we could order and he was just like "mhmm". They were pretty understaffed as well so I felt bad waiting.
