This Panera is great. Very friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. Only two downsides: bathrooms could be a bit nicer and I do wish they had some comfy reading chairs around the fireplace (as do most other Paneras).

I hadn't eaten at Panera in over a year. Today I decided I would try the drive thru since I was short on time and Panera was close by. It took over 20 minutes to get to the ordering station. There were only six vehicles in front of me.
I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup with bread. It was okay but certainly nothing to write home about. It was a good reminder of why I hadn't been to Panera in a year or more.

Love our local Panera! The staff has always been a pleasure to work with and the food is always great. My only thing is that I wish the crew would do a better job at cleaning the tables throughout the day. Several times I have gone in, the tables have been dirty and there were only 1 or 2 that were clean.

I ordered the smoke BBQ chicken sandwich. Hoping it would be delicious and didn't even get to choose my side. I got chips when the plate was ready. No big deal atleast the sandwich would be good. Then I pulled the sandwich apart to find onions and at that point I couldn't eat it. So I went without dinner. I just wish they would list what is on each entree.

Slowest place in town with the worst quality food. Don’t hit the drive thru, you might get trapped there for 25+ minutes because the employees can’t do their jobs correctly, or professionally.

Employees were very rude. I ordered and walked to the pickup area to wait. After a little while an employee handed me my order. I had to ask for my cup and the employee acted annoyed that I asked for it. I walked away to check my order and noticed my cookie and muffin were missing. I asked the same employee about it and she said “You have to go back to the front to get it”. I said “What, go behind the counter and get it myself?” And she replied “Yes”. I was shocked. I walked back to the front and another employee asked me if I needed something. I told her what the employee told me and she said “I put your order over there.” It was in a different place from my original order. Why do I have to go to multiple places to get my order and why don’t the employees communicate that. And secondly, why are they so damn rude when I’m trying to figure out how to get what I paid for?

Food was very enjoyable. Service is moderate. Could be more welcoming. Several people in line and counter people, while being busy already, never acknowledged the 15 waiting customers. A simple “Be with you in a moment “ would have made everyone in line a bit less anxious.
