I am so grateful for Pho Viet!! They have become my favorite restaurant over the last year & it makes it even better now that the staff recognize me and my order! Everyone who works here is so sweet & kind, and the food it the absolute best tasting stuff we’ve got in town—it’s my go to Sunday night comfort meal!

I love Pho Viet! It has grown to be my very favorite comfort food and I love ordering takeout for dinner. I stop by usually once a week or so to pick up an order of the #1 (Rare Steak Pho) and it is always incredible. I recommend getting extra bean sprouts, too! I’ve tried both of the spring rolls & they’re always incredible too. I have not tried any other dishes, but I need to soon. The pho is just so yummy & comforting! I have not dined in before, but it’s always very clean when I stop in to pay and pick up my food—they’ve turned it into such a pretty space. Just great great ambiance there! Staff is always friendly and they’re very quick with orders. I can’t recommend this place enough, they’re amazing in every way. So grateful for their presence in MHK!

Review update: I stop into Pho Viet about every other week, occasionally once a week, and I am just so grateful for this place. The more I visit, the more I fall in love with everything about Pho Viet! Watching the owner interact with his employees is always a pleasure, as it really seems like they’ve got a great, healthy environment. The owner is as sweet as can be, and always welcomes me with a warm smile. Thanks for everything!

I'm so glad this restaurant found its way to Manhattan. The food is outstanding...the pho has the most flavorful broth I've ever tasted. Service and ambience top notch, as well. Fantastic place!

Went to this establishment and were instructed to seat ourselves. We then were never given menus nor asked what drinks we wanted. Watched other parties come in and get served before us. We then decided to leave.

An amazing little place in Manhattan KS! We did carry out since we had a 1 yr old with us. My first time having Pho and bubble tea. Loved it. Especially the bubble tea! How are those bubbles made!? So much fun to pop. Pho was good next time I will try a chicken or plain beef one. Flavor was excellent. Love the sauce with the egg roll. I didn’t try the spring roll in the photo. But my son in law loved it. The service we received while ordering was amazing. He really was knowledgeable and so patient, while we tried to decide what we wanted. I can’t wait to visit again!

First time tried this pho store.
A little bit disappointed because the vietnamese iced coffee tastes too weird for me, I’ve been to so many pho restaurants but the one in this store is not for me.
The noodle is a little bit not soft enough like I used to dine in different store. The soup is good.
Store in clean and nice.
Hard to find a parking spot.

First time here, it was delicious! We ordered the grilled pork vermicelli, the grilled shrimp vermicelli (both came with the most delicious egg rolls I have ever had!) and a rare steak pho. My daughter had a Bobo tea. It was all very good! The service was great! Super nice people working there. Can't wait to go back!!

I visited this restaurant twice. The first time I had the chicken pho, which was amazing, huge, and filling. I went back for my child’s birthday today since I had a great first time experience. My three kids got pho, and my ex husband and I got a chicken and rice dish. I wanted to try something different since the pho was so good. Well the two chicken dishes were a joke. My ex and I were served a tiny piece of boneless chicken thigh each, and a mound of rice. It was the smallest piece of protein I have ever been served at a restaurant. It was so small that it was literally 4 bites of chicken—a smaller serving than I would feed a toddler. And almost $16. I didn’t want to complain to management, since I was celebrating a birthday, but I was hugely disappointed. Our bill was $122 and both myself and my ex husband left hungry. Do yourself a favor and stick with the pho—it’s delicious and apparently the only thing on their menu worth the price.

It goes without saying, food is delicious. I mainly come for the Pho. But the continual price hikes are making me not come back. $18 for Pho, which equates to broth and noodles with some meat is ridiculous. And don't tell me it's the special meats, their chicken Pho is just as expensive. Chicken Pho should not be $17.50.

This is my #1 pho spot. Every time I make it to the MHK, I try to work in a visit. The large bowl with all the meats does the trick every time. I really appreciate the generous helping of meats, especially the tendon. I'm sure the other menu items are good as well but I can't be talked out of getting the pho.

The pho was quite good with a decent amount of meat—definitely satisfying. However, I wish there was an option to exclude cilantro. For those who are allergic or genetically sensitive to cilantro (thanks to the OR6A2 gene), it would be great to have the option to customize the dish accordingly.

Loved the waiter. He was cool and funny. The pho was ok but sorta bland. The bussers kept aggressively clearing tables right next to us and used their hands to scrape scraps off plates and then would bring ppl their meals, which didn't seem very sanitary ... I felt like I was in their way the whole time. I mean maybe you like a big tub of scraps being added to a foot away from you while you eat but I don't.

Food was great! I had stir fried vegetables with rice. The sauce tasted like it had a sweet pickle base. The taste was different than other stir fry sauce I've had before, but it was really good! The atmosphere is really nice. There's music, but it's quiet enough that you can have a conversation at a normal volume. The service seemed a little inexperienced, but they were very nice and got the job done. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

Spring rolls are sticky and not fresh. I just vomited twice. I would never stop by again 😕
