“Had a great experience at Pizza Hut tonight. We called and placed an order with Gavin. He was friendly, upbeat, and cheerful. When we pulled up we were met with a huge smile and told your pizza only has a couple minutes left. Gavin then came to the window with the same cheery attitude, your order was lost, we have to remake it, it will only be a few minutes. Can I get you anything while you wait? We really appreciated the gesture, his honesty and fantastic attitude. Thank you Pizza Hut and Gavin, it was nice to be met with a smile.“
“The pizza 😞was mediocre But when the experience I had with the customer service, the young lady on Kimball Avenue in Manhattan, Kansas was kind and smiled and you don’t get that every day, so it really didn’t matter what the pizza taste like her customer service made up for all that“
