I got a pizza ordered while my son was a KSTATE football camp this evening. It wasn't the pizza I wanted (at no fault of pizza hut)...I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW KIND AND ACCOMIDATING THEY WERE! I will order all our pizza needs from this location when in the area. Way to go above and beyond w your customer service!

We ordered from here a couple months ago and we used a gift certificate. They took it from us but still charge us for the full amount, which I didn’t realize until we got home. I called and they said they would put a credit on my account, but they never did. Food is at least good though.
So I ordered 2 items for supper. The total was 36.75, and I put in there for contactless delivery. When the driver came he pounded on our door several times and when I answered the door he shoved the pizza at me and tossed the receipt at my husband. When my husband look at our account today he was charged an extra 5 dollars for a tip that he did not authorize. When we found out about it we called the store and the manager hung up on us, then we called back and said it's a bank issue since it's still pending. It was not pending. SO BE SURE THAT IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS STORE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT THE DRIVERS PUT TIPS ON YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOU KNOWING.
