Last night was 4th time trying this location and never again I will start sticking with Emporia Kansas & go 25 more min out of my way one way then go here. The lady that worked register bless her heart she kept going back trying get food brought out for so many unhappy people one young man to clean tables the only 2 we seen the entire time. The salad had a lot of brown even black lettuce a lady complained said 20min later still no chicken & a lot other stuff this was as soon as we paid. 2guys we’re waiting for deserts 30min they finally left. They had pizza yet no meat lovers or pepperoni everything else had onion, peppers & macaroni which is fine yet sat for awhile because a lot people like all meat , pepperoni & supreme. Every time we’ve went there lack of keeping fresh food out & abundance for its buffet so either Manager not keeping help or doesn’t care. I will say 5 times been to Emporia with in laws & wow no problems at all no waiting & you see several cleaning tables & checking on you and you see several keep bringing hot fresh food.

First time here, the chicken was possibly the best I've ever had. Service was good, food requested was brought out quickly. Not crazy about the regular pizza but the desert pizzas were great. I don't eat a lot so I consider it a little pricey whenever I go to a buffet-style place, even with the senior discount they have here.

I have came to this restaurant for years, SPECIFICALLY for the fried chicken wings. Many times there will be only white meat, and i have to request they put more chicken down. BRANDON informed me that they will take no chicken requests. Mind you, they have always known i am a regular customer and in the past i have received Not only great service but they would immediately make sure i had some wings….no matter what. That is what i come to Pizza Ranch for. Needless to say, i have a terrible taste n my mouth now and i will tell everyone i know!!!!! Brandon is a horrible employee and miserable person who just lost Pizza Ranch alot of money.
Amazing lunch date with my 3 yr old. He ate pizza to his hearts content. Pizza was delicious, staff was eager to help and shout out to Rick in the kitchen for cooking the fried chicken like no other! I ate that chicken like a lion attacking a gazelle. Will definitely make Pizza Ranch a regular stop for my family.

To be fair we got there around 7:20 and I think they were closing at 8pm. They didn't make any new dessert pizza and the salad bar was a bit skimpy. The soup was potato I think but it looked really old and not good so I didn't try it. The chicken was overdone and kind of tough. I know...this is a pizza place but they have fried chicken and all the things to go with it, but it took some chewing to eat it. Maybe if you come here at 6 or so it would have been better. I did have a piece of the apple pie dessert pizza...that was really good.
