Actual slowest service ever. 15 minutes for a 3 piece tender? No gloves worn by the workers. Texting instead of making food. Will never come back. LOL

I haven't been to popeyes in a while but I decided to come in tonight. I'm so glad I did. Definitely the best experience yet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Cheyenne, I think the manager was amazing. Truly a great personality and seemed to run smoothly. The food was fresh, service was fast. Definitely will start coming here again.

This place is always the most slow experience ever, and in the few times my mind has tricked me into eating at this restaurant, most of the time my order has been wrong. The staff couldn’t give any less of a shit if they tried. Actual disgrace.

Loved the chicken. I was always wondering what it would taste like, and now I know how good it is. The only downside here was the drink. I got a Fanta Strawberry without ice, because the ice was gone. And the drink just didn't taste right. Either it was the syrup running low, or it got mixed with another drink.

Parking: Restricted Parking. Those who are not entering Popeyes will be towed at vehicle owner's expense.

The server at the drive-thru was nice, but I had to correct her on the details of a combo based on what was printed on the menu board. Then I was given the wrong sandwich, no fries, and no receipt so I couldn't even lodge a complaint. While I really enjoy Popeyes chicken, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant location.

Inconsistent chance of getting what’s on the menu. Never know what they will have even if it’s on the menu. Went down at 11:00am yesterday and they were not open. No one answering where you order and no one at the window. The website says they open at 10:00am. Food is good. Not much incentive to try getting something to eat at this site.

I have not been to popeyes in over a year because of bad experiences. However, after a year and desperation I decided to give in a try. I don't even live in Manhattan. It was so give I've been 4x in the last week as well as all my family and friends have went by too.thamk you so much to the new crew. We the community really appreciate you. The food was fresh, the service was amazing.
