Has to be the worst popeyes ever not only do they never have something available there always out of something but I always have to check my bag to see if something missing because it always is and today is the reason why I’m here I ordered bone in wings with Barbecue on them and got frozen wings not kidding not just a bit cold no literally frozen wings that’s insane how can you make that kind of mistake then I was told to wait 8 minutes for new batch and I waited over 15 minutes went back to window and was told it still has another minute but he never checked if they were even done he never went to the back or called anyone just rediculous so I just gave up took my loses and told the guy keep it forget it so I left with a Cole slaw and a drink no food I won’t go back here again I’m done the worst

I just need to know what is so hard about going to the back, stocking your line, and putting the sauces that customers order and pay for into the bag. What is so hard about that? It is laziness plain and simple. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t order from here unless I have 35 minutes to wait around for my order to be corrected. If it isn’t forgotten sauces, then it is items missing, or incorrect drinks, or even getting the entire wrong order.

Manager yelled at me and wife for parking in her parking lot and getting out of our vehicle. If I hadn't already had food ordered I wouldn't have bought from them. Staff was pleasant enough. Atmosphere of establishment was don't get food here.

The current $6 box is a good deal, we had a two piece meal 2 regular sides, mashed potatoes and gravy pretty good and beans and rice that were awsome. The second was the three strips very good, same sides, oh and a biscuit with honey very nice. The building was clean but very cold but ok, the music was loud but was eventually turned down that helped the whole meal.

What a clean, fast, friendly place to come to and eat. The customer service was really nice, it was fast, friendly, the environment was extremely clean and well-kept, it was a lot nicer than most chicken places, and the food is always was exceptional. I would definitely come back again, it's definitely worth a trip if you want something to snack on or you just want to come in and get a sweet treat, and my order was done perfectly. It's nice to come into a clean restaurant that has you wanting to return.

gave me the wrong type of chicken when I went in person, and gave me 1 drop of sauce on my chicken when I ordered online— I should just start ordering plain because thats what they basically give me no matter what I order

I went through the drive through today, I was in front of order box for over 20 minutes and nobody answered. I then parked to go inside and was told by the guy in drive through windows that the doors are locked and to go back through drive through. Which I did. I ordered 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice, I requested no thighs, extra butter and honey. I paid over $37. Then I sat in a station waiting on the order after 25 minutes i finally got my order. I live 15 miles outside of town so I went home.
Once we went through our food we had no wings, extra thighs, no butter or honey, a large rice with maybe a tablespoon of beans. Very disappointed in my experience.

Update Sept 2025 Chicken was hot and fresh, rice and beans was nice- not watery at all. Popeyes no longer offers green beans, no more hot vegetables. Customer Service 5 Stars! The employee that took our order in drive thru was very professional and pleasant.
2024 Chicken luke warm, red beans and rice watery like they tried to stretch the beans and taste non... no flavor. This is the worst first time quality zero, zero stars. We were told they were short and only could do till there delivery tomorrow 14th August. Customer Service 5 stars.

is the point of the drive thru here to ignore the customers.let the line build up. then make people leave cause the won't answer the drive thru? every time I come there. which is once a month
