My chicken was dryer than the Desert. The salsa was like taste like they used sugar instead of salt way overpriced for the food not a great birthday dinner plus pub chips are good here only thing I ate I liked here first time will be the last

3 June 2025 I don’t know how their cook does it but overcooking a baked potato to the point where a steak knife is needed to cut through the skin is a rare feat. And a perfectly good piece of salmon was blacked until it was tough and dry. A stellar achievement. Maybe they let a busboy try his hand in the kitchen? Anyway, the service is fine but the food is mediocre on a good day—this day was just the last straw for me. A disgruntled teenager with an attitude problem making sandwiches at Subway cares more about the food they are serving.

Our dermatologist takes us to Manhattan every once in a while. We went here last time for lunch and we didn't hesitate to go again. Our 10-year-old ordered a ham pizza, and we both had sandwiches. The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing, friendly, and even gave us extra napkins without us asking. I will also say I dislike fountain drinks because they never taste very good, but my son ordered a Pepsi, and it was the best I have had in years. I don't know why theirs is better than everyone else's, but maybe it is because it is a Powercat Grill. 😁
First time and was very disappointing overall. I ordered two dishes for takeout and both were missing items that were listed and pictured on the menu. I got the chicken fried steak, which didnt have the gravy it was supposed to, the steak itself was not very pleasant but likely wouldve been helped with the gravy. It came with a side of sweet potato fries that were soggy and undercooked. My other dish was the chicken alfredo, this dish was missing the toast which was pictured and listed on the menu. As simple as this dish should be, it was worse than most pre-made frozen chicken alfredos you can get for half the cost. The only upside was the portion sizes were quite large for the price. But overall, between BOTH dishes missing fairly important components and the poor taste, it was very disappointing. I would strongly reccomend against getting takeout from here, and can only hope they do better for customers who eat in the restaurant.

Have eaten the wildberry and walnut salad here several times and food was always good. This time, very disappointed. The salad arrived with no onions, cheese or walnuts. Had two blackberries and four pieces of strawberries with burnt chicken. I paid way to much for lettuce and carrots and burnt chicken.
