Don't mind the food, just wish they could get the carry-out orders correct. 0-3 to date. Always missing something or getting the wrong item in the order. Even joked about getting it wrong the last 2 times! How does one fix that. Charge an inconvenience fee? $5-200 each time?

I left at shift change…. Day shift male bar tender was really good. But the next shift bar tender wanted to be on her phone at a table not paying attention to customers. I attempted to get a drink by raising my hand to get some kind of attention and instead of asking if I need anything, she brought me my bill 8/20/24, 5PM. Bad customer service ruins everything.

I had a wonderful dining experience here at Powercat Sports Grill, which I would like to recommend to others. We stumbled upon the establishment while attending a birthday party next door, and the adults present were craving some food. The service was exceptional, with our waitress, who was training a young gentleman, showcasing excellent skills in a welcoming and attentive manner.
The food we ordered was outstanding, particularly the Sweet Bourbon Wings and the Cajun Wings, which were both exceptionally delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

5 stars for excellent service! However, food tasted mediocre -- burgers were thin, overcooked, and way too greasy (c'mon people, this is Kansas! We know what an awesome burger should taste like!). Fries/onion rings soggy. Cheesecake dessert tasted like something out of a corporate freezer -- not fresh. Comfortable atmosphere -- we could watch the game and enjoy a quiet conversation. Air temperature was ideal and the chairs cushy. Not noisy, which was good for us.
We didn't say anything negative about the food to our fantastic server because one of the people in our group is getting used to eating out after extensive medical treatment, so it's enough to just go to a restaurant. I'm hoping management reads these recent reviews and maybe has a chat with the cook... it's a shame about the food because everything else was enjoyable.
First time coming to this spot, wanted to try something different for are lunch date. Wasn't really happy with food but service was good. Mozzarella sticks were cold so I sent back. We got are food my onion rings were cold and on my club sandwich bacon tasted like cardboard and cold. sad to say we got sick. Not sure what happened or what went wrong, food didn't agree with us. But everything else was good ?
