I'm on a hunt for the best BLT in Kansas. Got to Power cat and was welcomed and sat down almost immediately.
Lara was our server and she was very attentive and kind as well as fun to be around! She took our drink order and then because I already knew what I was ordering (the BLT) we placed our food order as well. It took maybe 5 minutes to get our appetizer and maybe 10 to get our meal.
On to the BLT: It was served on wonderfully toasted bread with a wonderful ratio of bacon, tomato, and lettuce. It came with a decent amount of sweet potato fries as well as Jalapeno ranch. Everything was a delight but as for the overall rating itself.
POWERCAT Grill's BLT ranks an 8.2/10 it is one of the better BLT's I've had in Kansas but as for the best? My search continues.

Terrible. The margarita pizza was inedible and the side salad arrived without dressing, not that it would have made a difference, the lettuce, tomato and cucumbers were wilted and soggy. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere.
