We’ve visited this sports bar many times. The atmosphere is usually very good and the staff friendly and attentive. That was true on this visit - the food, not so much. \n\nFor whatever reason they seem to have changed their recipe on Fish n Chips- the fish absolutely looked ( and tasted) like it had come out of a box before being put in the fry pan. Why you can’t bread and batter of cod on the spot is a mystery to me. And the taste was exactly liked it looked. - very flat...
Our dermatologist takes us to Manhattan every once in a while. We went here last time for lunch and we didn't hesitate to go again. Our 10-year-old ordered a ham pizza, and we both had sandwiches. The food was hot and fresh. The service was amazing, friendly, and even gave us extra napkins without us asking. I will also say I dislike fountain drinks because they never taste very good, but my son ordered a Pepsi, and it was the best I have had in years. I don't know why...
Have eaten the wildberry and walnut salad here several times and food was always good. This time, very disappointed. The salad arrived with no onions, cheese or walnuts. Had two blackberries and four pieces of strawberries with burnt chicken. I paid way to much for lettuce and carrots and burnt chicken.
