I went to Pretzelmaker earlier this week and my pretzels were amazing!! They were soft and you could tell they were made fresh. The young guy named KJ (I think) was absolutely pleasant.
Good pretzels. A bit on the expensive side but, it's the mall. Tucked away in an out of the way spot. We could smell the pretzels but, had a hard time finding it. If we hadn't if smelled them, we would not have known the were there. If you're looking for them, use the entrance by HuHot Mongolian BBQ.
My wife loves the pretzelmaker. They are pretty dang good, we are eating the bites as I type this. I have to say they certainly beat out a lot of pretzels for taste but they charge a bit much for a cup of bites then .79 for cheese!? Lol overall great taste but a tad spendy.
