I’ve been a regular at Smoothie King for 10 years. Moving to the area last year makes this my new home location. I’ve never left a review before but one of your employees has been so great I needed to. Because of the change from dates to date powder my smoothie has been lacking the consistency and taste I had grown accustomed to. Somehow Darian figured out how to make it just the way it used to be and saved a daily customer.
In addition she’s always so cheerful and personable. Darian also has a permanent smile that’s always refreshing to see!

They're so wonderful here! The smoothies are so delicious! Aside from that though, when my Mother In Law was in Hospice care, and wasn't eating, we were there everyday. They knew our situation and knew exactly what to make her. We just told them the flavors she likes and her allergies. They pumped them full of protein, gut health, and multivitamins. Pretty sure these college kids in this Smoothie King are part of why she is now home, walking with only a cane, and totally back to her old self! It really is a miracle! When we thanked them for all their help, they said that was so special, and anything they can do for her in the future, just let them know. I'm so very grateful for these kids and to Smoothie King!!!

Smoothies were really good and made fast my only advice to the employees... when a customer comes in and says they've never been there before, meaning they are NEW CUSTOMERS, DO NOT just stare at them like they're a moron and say nothing. A "welcome in! do you have any questions?" sure would be nice. when you ask a new customer if they want yogurt after they told you it's our first time in just seconds before you should tell us it's extra $$. Poor Customer service will drive customers away.
