If you're familiar with Manhattan, you've at least heard of So Long. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all great.
You gotta have a Nancy, some bean dip, and ordinarily I would say the Resist Temptation, but the Hot Ham and Cheese hot the spot!

Visiting with a local who said we had to order the raspberry chipotle black bean dip and he was right. It was amazing. I went with the steak and cheddar sandwich and while it was tasty, there wasn’t a ton of steak on it. The potato salad was divine with egg and bacon bits in it. Drinks standardly subpar and exactly what you’d expect for a college bar. Although the hostess was quite surly, we had great service at the table. It’s a small joint so it can get pretty loud but at least during dinner tables seemed to rotate pretty quickly and we only had a short wait to be seated.

Bean dip was great! Burger was pretty solid too. Little pricy but it was a fun vibe there. Staff was really good and friendly.
I put in a to-go order for the So Long Stack Burger and fries. Even though I didn't eat the food immediately, it still was hot and the fries were crispy. The flavor of the burger was one of the best I've ever had. Although they were a little busy, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The order was ready pretty quickly as well. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other menu items. Highly recommend!
