They do not seem to pay attention to directions on making drinks and food every time we order drinks they are always wrong even with what we want to add or remove. it is made how they want not how the customer inserts it on the app.

The food looked and tasted like it had been sitting and then placed back in the fryer before being served. I was hungry, so I tried eating it rather than messing with sending it back, but it was so dry, overcooked that I couldn't finish it.

I tried to place a order through the drive thru. And the person taking my order sounded high. And didn't want to do his job. I went to order a RT44 sweet tea with peach and then a RT44 HiC cut in half with powerade. First he cuts me off in the middle of ordering the 1st one cause apparently I wasn't going fast enough... he said route 44 what?! And then I ordered the 2nd one after repeating the 1st one several times. And then he goes idk wtf a hiC is i said nevermind I'm not putting up with this service and drove off. Terrible service.

I'm so sad just looking at my chili cheese tots. It's nothing like the picture on Sonic. Like they poured a thin stream of brown water over the middle section of the tots. Doesn't resemble chili at all. And the limited cheese is on the sides? This really is such a disappointment ? I wouldn't have driven to sonic for this if it was free, much less pay the $5 for it

Pushed the button, waited 20min, they never responded, then they cancelled the screen. Moved to a different spot, have been waiting 30 min. Pushed the button three times throughout and no response. It's a steady stream of people in and out but it's not slammed. Plus the drive through is closed. Got here at 7:58pm, finally heard from someone at 8:50pm, two shakes and 1 order of french toast sticks arrived at 8:59. Hour turn around at a sonic on a Sunday night is insane. Can confidently say we will never be back here.

I am a DoorDash delivery driver. I don’t know what is up with their service, but it sucks. 2 times that I had 2 orders from this Sonic at the same time, only I was only handed 1. My previous time, I told the servers that I had 2 orders, was only handed one, informed the server that I had 2 orders, so the waitress went back to check, and never showed up until after I rang the button after 3 times. Both orders were late because of it.
