The servers are great but the food always comes out cold or they get my drink wrong. Either they don’t put ice in or the Dr Pepper machine is out or it’s a completely different drink. If you can, go to the sonic on Anderson or in JC instead. Much better

I cannot eat here ever again! This is the second time I've gotten sick to my stomach after eating here. Mind you I got something simple, chicken strips with onion rings. The first time I got sick was after eating a burger. I usually just get a Cherry Limade which also sucks btw, it's NEVER the same and always taste horrible. I always trying to give this location a chance but something always ends up horribly wrong. If its not the food its the drinks. The employees are always nice and have never had a bad customer service experience. Just bad food quality.

I always stop here durung happy hour for the unsweetened tea completely packed with ice. They are literally the only Sonic THAT GETS IT! I basically want some tea with my ice.

Ordered online and paid. Waited in the stall for 25 minutes, then gave up and let them keep our money and tip. Only ordered two drinks.
I ordered through Uber eats and I'm disgusted by the food quality. My burgers were burnt, the tots were ice cold, the caramel brew was flat and my milkshake was starting to become soup. Uber is refusing to refund the order so I had to throw away $30+ worth of food as it was so bad my dog wouldn't even touch it.

Went to the Sonic delivery poke the button they said they would be right with me. Told him I had a delivery and 10 minutes later still hadn't received the customers order. It was one breakfast burrito and a drink. So I let the customer know what was going on and unassigned myself from the order. If you guys don't want your customers to get their food on time that's a good way to do it. Like I said before it's your customer.

I went through the drive-through on Sat Sep 7th at 7pm. I was trying to order a specific drink with a certain add in and the lady told me she “can’t do it”. I just went to the Sonics in Junction city and order the same drink with the same add in and they were happily able to do it.
