I ordered through Uber eats and I'm disgusted by the food quality. My burgers were burnt, the tots were ice cold, the caramel brew was flat and my milkshake was starting to become soup. Uber is refusing to refund the order so I had to throw away $30+ worth of food as it was so bad my dog wouldn't even touch it.

Went to the Sonic delivery poke the button they said they would be right with me. Told him I had a delivery and 10 minutes later still hadn't received the customers order. It was one breakfast burrito and a drink. So I let the customer know what was going on and unassigned myself from the order. If you guys don't want your customers to get their food on time that's a good way to do it. Like I said before it's your customer.

I went through the drive-through on Sat Sep 7th at 7pm. I was trying to order a specific drink with a certain add in and the lady told me she “can’t do it”. I just went to the Sonics in Junction city and order the same drink with the same add in and they were happily able to do it.

Just got home with 2 #10 Chicken meals. The chicken & fries are so overcooked. Very disappointing they thought they should bag this & send it out. Where's the option to post a Pic with this review.....& the cherry limeade add lemon was nearly clear with almost no flavor, no cherry, no lemon. What did I just pay for?
I was going through the drive through and MY MAN GARRETT blessed up with the sauce. This man heard i was struggling in college and decided to pay for it all for me. He helped me out and even let me borrow his lambo to take a date to prom. This guy's service was phenomenal. This will be the best milkshake ever because of Garrett. I hope this man has the greatest of days!

Person taking our order was rude and closed the order before we had finished telling them what we wanted. Specifically asked for ranch and didn't receive any. Asked for no mayo on a burger and still ended up with it.
Update: I contacted support as the owner suggested in their reply and not only have been dealing with customer service for over a month with no resolution, but have been told repeatedly that the location's manager will be reaching out to me (which has not happened). This has been hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
