My bf got me the new valentines frappe and I was very disappointed. There was still full piece of ice in my drink. It was also not very mixed well. Hightly disappointed in this location 😕

I'm honestly surprised by all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but great experiences, and great coffee here. I am a regular, and would go as far as to say it's the best in town. My coffee taste the same ever time I order; which it should be consistent. At all the other starbucks locations my drink orders taste different every time. It depends on who makes it, and 9/10 times gross. I go out of my way to go here even if it means parking and walking in. Keep up the good work!

i ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through mobile order and what i got was not that!! it wasn’t made with oatmilk which is a HUGE allergy issue because i ordered that specific drink since there is no dairy. there was no brown sugar syrup in it, i know because i order this drink often, just not at this location. it tastes like 2% milk and cinnamon.. i can’t even taste the coffee and there is supposed to be 3 blonde shots. i’m truly disappointed and will not be recommending this starbucks. they have gotten my order wrong everytime.

Poorly ran starbucks. One employee named Joey makes my drink inconsistently EVERY TIME and every single time it's bad and I end up forcing myself to drink it or just tossing it. So if he's there, I just don't go. But what's to expect when you have a manager that is so negative and openly speaks poorly about her employees. What a disgusting environment. Cannot believe that company put her in charge. I shop there weekly and I do my best to give appraisal to the others that do their best.

My favorite location. The barista always gets my drink right and they have the laid back atmosphere I want from a cafe. Shout-out to Captain Falcon, he has excellent customer service.
Vegetarian options: Definitely a few vegetarian options, all the drinks are vegetarian friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Consistently serves the fake milk option I can have. I've never had to ask for a replacement.

It's not like this review will even matter because of the fact that nobody will ever reach back out to me about the issue that I had. It's a serious lack of customer service and straight disrespectful when the customer is trying to come up to the drive-through and simply trying to find out what time Starbucks opens and the employee just completely turns their back and ignores the customer and refuses to acknowledge them. I realized the store was closed, I wanted to know when it opened. I said, "Excuse me, ma'am," and waited. I honked my horn once with three people right there in the window. Still refused to acknowledge me. I asked ma'am, what time do y'all open, and they walked away. It was obvious she heard me, and she could have responded. If it was a safety issue, then put your hours of operation on the drive-through menus. This was ridiculous. It really makes me wonder how that store treats its customers. Do better

Dylan D. is my favorite Starbucks employee ever. He knows my drink, he calls me by name, and he’s always just a hoot and a half. He is the reason I come inside instead of going to the drive thru right down the street.
I usually have a good experience at the Westloop Dillon's Starbucks, and will get a coffee after I shop on weekends. I did so this morning asking (as I always do) for a Venti Mocha w/ NO whip. The sticker said no whip, but I got whip...Not a huge deal, I took it and left without saying anything. But after taking my first sip...It was the worst tasting mocha I have ever had; all chocolate and no coffee. Very upset at wasting $6 on that drink to come home and have to make my own decent coffee drink.
For real the best Starbucks ever, I won't go to any other coffee place.

IDK how I can go to different Starbucks and order the exact same drink and yet it tastes different. So a hit or miss. Ordered my norm here this morning and my oh my was it the most delicious. Thank you so much. I'll be back!
