customer service is top notch. I am always met with a smile and my name or a very uplifting cheerful attitude. I could just go there for the cheerful uplift.

Went in on Nov. 29th at 4:30 to do work and stayed until 6:00. The staff was so welcoming and kind.

Went to pick up a order here and got a attitude from the person behind the counter. If you don't want to do DoorDash your company can refuse it in fact I'm going to contact you area supervisor. I just declined the order after I got there because you didn't want to help me. And if you want to make your customers orders right because they're not mine I'm just delivering to them that's fine with me. But I did let your customer know that you were dragging your feet because we were the DoorDash delivery people.

Ill be honest. Not a huge Starbucks fan. Just not a fan of the brewing method.
Outside of this, the staff here is super friendly, was helpful with me ordering something I greatly enjoyed and were kind the entire time I was in the café.
I stayed for a bit juggling bills a little and they check in with me a few times, but weren't pushy in the slightest.
Ill definitely revisit this location, specifically because of the great customer service of the staff.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. went this morning to get five drinks and 3 breakfast items and got all but one drink and when I asked an employee about it they stated my order only had 4 drinks and the food items. And wanted to argue with me about it. DO BETTER DUMBASSES!!!!!!
I had ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew thru the Drive-thru so as far as the food and atmosphere was not applicable but the service was great.

My Frappuccino was half whip cream. Not worth it.

The three that closed 2/17/25 at night rude. Although different locations close at various times and the streets cut off customers can be unaware of business hours. No signs posted. Even though they saw me turned their backs to me and the manager slammed down the metal bar that keeps the drive through window locked. Then turn away again rather than simply motioning they were closed. Its extremely sad that people do not realize the customers are the reasons they are employed and have income. Or rather you never know who you are serving that may also be a business owner and remember your behavior should you need employment. I would not keep workers that engage like this and plan to follow up with this event.
I went in and the person taking my order, Morgan, was being very rude and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Definitely not what I’m used to at this location.
