Always friendly service and whomever I talk to often makes my day better. Mostly consistently delivers on the one fake milk I am able to have. Out of dozens of visits, I have had only one occurrence where I got the wrong stuff and was unable to get a quick fix.

I come here often and the people working here are awesome. They remember me and my order and it just kinda makes my day. I very much like this location. I'd say every starbucks is a bit hard to get in and out of, but this one is a little easier than aggie. And the baristas are just, they're good. They aren't out of things often. Rarely. And they make their drinks right and consistent. The line moves fast. I'm used to planning on a 30 min wait, but I've never had to plan that far ahead with them. I appreciate that. 10 mins or less in a busy drive through? The peeps they got back there are doing the things.

Management should have a discussion with Ashley about her condescending attitude that has been something she has done repeatedly. She also feels the need to try to lecture customers about when they should come pick up their order and she is extremely rude if she feels you have shown up too early. Her attitude is completely ridiculous and uncalled for. There is a non-condescending way to speak to people, she obviously hasn’t mastered it. If Starbucks has a rule for when you can pick up your order it should be posted and not done by a rude employee.

The best Starbucks in this area, hands down! This says a lot as there are seven in this town alone. The staff here are just extremely friendly and my cold brews never taste watered down. I also love their plant clipping stand.

I am not from Manhattan originally but i've been to many Starbucks. I frequent the Lawrence location which usually has triple the volume of this store. It SHOULD NOT take 45 minutes to go through the drive through for one drink. I understand you only have two espresso bars, and there are some orders with multiple things, but you have a whole football team of employees just standing there most of the time. I understand that mistakes can be made, but when i've been waiting in the drive through line, I don't want to try and be up-sold for multiple things and make the interaction even longer. It seems like covering for time maybe?As for mobile orders (again I understand mistakes can be made) but this location specifically has given away my order more than I can count. I sat by the mobile order counter for 10 mins past when my drink was supposed to be ready. This location does not notify you when your drink is ready. The first employee asked who I was and said he didn't see a drink, then went back to his duty. I waited for 5 more minutes before another employee asked me for name and then explained my drink was given to someone in the drive through and that they would re-make it. Shoutout to that employee for actually doing something! And they were nice about it. Another 2 times, my rewards drink was gone and another time they hadn't even made it.Last thing, which might not even Starbucks fault, is this parking lot. You can not park here if you were an ambulance in an actual emergency, Let alone try to leave in a decent manner.

It's noisy from the dish washing. Not relaxing. Coffee varies at Starbucks. The best Caramel macchiato I had was at the Norfolk airport.
