I do deliveries and if you do deliveries don't go here. Just recheck the order. I went in there and waited almost 5 minutes nobody helped me because I had a delivery. I will be calling Starbucks corporate to tell them if they don't want to have deliveries down here maybe they should stop doordash from delivering

I get everyone has a "bad day" , but this was by far my worst experience at this location today. We were there over 40 minutes only to receive our drinks 10 minutes apart & the final drink order incorrect. We just took it & left. The location is prime but poorly thought out. No parking & the drive thru line exceeds into traffic. It was busy this morning, we were told no food items were available due to system issues, it was poorly staffed, & managed. There were 6 employees total when we arrived. Only three were making drinks, & one was taking orders between drive & lobby. One employee left in the middle of peak time & the other two were wondering around lost & then just disappeared. Highly disappointed! Will not be back.

Normally I like this Starbucks, but we placed a mobile order and were repeatedly told that we were being an inconvenience for being “too early” when there was no one in the drive through (not a single person). Then they brought us the wrong order and proceeded to make us feel guilty for being “early” again. They were rude and untimely and it was a disappointing experience this morning.

It has that new building smell. Service is great and coffee is good. I'll return this afternoon for a latte. Stay safe.

Food/drinks are pretty standard for Starbucks. They like their customer service and have always been very polite.
Edit- not a recommended location for food sensitivities, I have to get a specific fake milk and out of multiple visits, I have rarely received the correct one when i was in a time crunch.
Dietary restrictions: Not a good location for food sensitivities when they are busy.

This establishment has consistently been my preferred choice. Typically, I rely on DoorDash to have my morning coffee delivered, given my remote work setup. Regrettably, out of the four recent delivery orders I placed, there was an issue with beverage accuracy in all but one. I am compelled to inquire about this situation, what is going on here Starbucks?
I go to this Starbucks frequently and order light ice, but continue to get my cup filled with ice. I'm not paying full price to get a ton of ice and 5 sips of my drink.

Normally I love this store and the employees. Been going to this one for many years now and its the only one I go to. Until this evening. I have NEVER been so dumbfounded in my life by someone that works in a customer service/ food service setting. I was on a call and had been apologizing to one person and also saying sorry to the lady serving me at the window. Well the lady/girl at the window decides to tell me as I was being handed my order not to speak that way in the drive. When I had been ON A CALL. Then proceeded to go on about something irrelevant. And said I was lucky she was serving me. Now I was mad as hell and felt she was being incredibly condescending to a paying customer. I almost said here and handed her my order back and told her to refund my money. Because that was not called for. And she should NEVER speak to a customer let alone anyone that way. Person I was on a call with was floored as well. Extremely unprofessional. Won't be going to this location again anytime soon if I ever do.

Frequently cannot park there so I go elsewhere. The lot is full of people who park in their lot and walk away. The mgr told me its an aggieville issue and they won’t help. So, i called the aggieville org and emailed city parking. Both said that is a private lot. I called the mgr back and he then says they were told by the cops they cannot tow if the car hasn’t been there for 24 hours. Where is the owner of this place who is losing money? If you park your car on my private property I am calling a tow company directly. Trust me. Your car would leave my property.
