I ran out of coffee on Christmas Day; Starbucks to the rescue. Not only did I get the much needed caffeine, I discovered a new coffee that is superb. And the young ladies were cheerful and helpful.

Very rude when I asked them to make my drink how I like it, made me pay over $2 for extra cold foam which wasn’t even extra really and that’s never happened before today. Really bummed about it because I used to really like this location.

All of the baristas who work here go above and beyond to make sure you have great service and a great experience! They always have a warm welcome and hope you have a great day! If you want the best Starbucks experience this is the place to go. This is the only Starbucks I will go to. Love them!!!

Ordered a drink recently from the Tuttle Creek Starbucks. It took a little long to receive my order which was fine, I was in no rush and as I was receiving my drink from a polite barista, one of managers named Julie was rushing the barista and being very rude to her repeating to her to stop being so slow and other impolite statements. I have been here multiple times and started to realize she was a new manager and she often scolds team members and has no respect for them. I feel sorry for those team members and hope she receives a discussion with her higher ups.

Usually not an issue but I always order easy ice. I understand the cup may not be as full of beverage but it’s what I want. I drank the whole thing to illustrate the issue. Unfortunately they gave me extra apparently.

Update didn’t even have to ask a very nice barista noticed my name and gave me my beverage for free and also told me to just bring it back and they’ll remake it. She pretty great about the whole thing.

Did a mobile order. Waited 20 min for two venti Frappuccino’s. The first one looked good till my husband tasted it, tastes like water and Frappuccino chips with a splash of milk. Order these before in different stores never tasted like this. The second drink was made in a grande cup. Didn’t even want to waste my time. The first girl already looked stressed enough.
