They were out of whipped cream, which is an important part of many of their drinks. They didn't offer a discount, and the driveway makes it impossible to leave without waiting the line.

My girlfriend and I came in to get coffee and while we were through the drive-through, we had already paid for our drinks and an obnoxiously rude worker who was on her phone the entire time mind you. Her name is Ms Jewls, literally after telling me, I owed her money I simply said what? Not only was she rude, but told me that I didn’t have to be mean about it. As my friend and I were stumped, I asked her mean about what what are you talking about and she just shut the window on me I would definitely say that I will not be coming back to the store because of her poor attitude and the way that she not only treated me a customer who had done nothing wrong was just waiting to simply have our drinks handed to us, but she made the whole atmosphere just horrible is a horrible, horrible experience. And I always say if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there, but for crying out loud, you shouldn’t have workers being mean to their customers and if she’s a manager, you should probably demote her because she simply did not know what page anybody else was on in the entire place, but her own

Another failed service opportunity at Starbucks. I only drink decaf so I always order a brewed decaf. I know it will take time and it will be a pour over. This particular Starbucks refused to do a pour over saying they do not have decaf beans. They would be able to do a decaf americano but that is much more of a cost. Looks like this Starbucks is only out for the profit and couldn’t care less about customer service. So frustrating when employees care. So I leave without my morning coffee. It is too bad that this store and the employee have no concern about service. Another nail in corporate Starbucks. No wonder Starbucks is struggling. I have been a loyal brand customer for way too many years. Might be time for a brand change. Thank you Starbucks employee for putting yourselves over the customer.

There was a barista named Cierra who accused my mom of pulling down on her wrist when she never even touched her. My mom adjusted the pin pad that was in her hand because she couldn't see and didn't say anything because she was on an important phone call and didn't think it would be that big of a deal. People need to train there employees that not everything can be taken so personal. Not sure why she got her feelings hurt and felt like she needed to tell the manager :/ The manager came over and told her not to touch one of his barista's wrists again without even asking us if it ever even happened when he wasn't around. Disappointed about such terrible customer service. And the manager didn't fill up my cup all the way on my drinks that I paid 16 DOLLARS FOR

Went through drive-thru, I ordered an espresso latte and they made me a chai latte. How disappointing to need/want a coffee and get chai instead. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a significant mistake to my order, but I was already on my way and I can’t go back. This is why I tip AFTER service because it’s not uncommon that the order would be wrong anyways. It wasn’t busy either; where I would understand those kinds of issues. They didn’t offer a receipt either, just a side eye from the worker.
