Extremely rude customer service, woman behind the counter was being rude to a pregnant lady and her kid.

Tried to eat here on Monday evening but they only had wheat bread....It might make sense to start off saying...Welcome to Subway...we currently only have wheat bread...not...how can I help you and let you get the order out then say...Sorry...we only have wheat bread...Communication people!

It's a bit off putting watching them make your subs. There's a few guys there that either really just don't know how to make a sandwich, don't care far too much, or do bad out of spite. I've had to ask them not to use dirty utensils on my sub, I'm allergic to some things and it was alarming that cross contamination happens so often. I don't do spice, and I've had to ask them to clean Buffalo sauce off the counter or replace the wrapper bc they wrapped it on the sauce..... I've watched someone just..... drop 3 peices of chicken, 2 cucumbers, a tomato slice, and a handful of lettuce, out of my sub, srug, and just give it to me like half my sandwich didn't just fall out .......Some of them are okay though. There's at least some effort for some of them. And some effort to be nice. I just wish it was better bc I don't have time to change my mind depending on who's working when I'm on lunch...

If you want a sandwich stuffed with ingredients you rarely have all at the same time at home, this may be your place. The only reason I rated Service low was because the guy who built my sub did not speak clearly or loud enough for me to hear his questions.

Technically, you can dine in, but the decor doesn't encourage it. Just get a 12" sub to go and find a place to eat it that draws the envy of others. Their web site offers exclusive online deals, IIRC.Parking: Free parking: the restaurant is in an outdoor mall, with anchor stores nowhere near so that you don't have to compete for spots.

My family and I love Subway and everywhere you go, the sandwiches are made slightly different from each other. However, at this location, Jac never fails to create the perfect sandwich. Sometimes places will throw the sandwich together and the contents spill out but everytime we come to this location and Jac is working, it is a great experience and all the employees are extremely friendly. 10/10 recommend this location if Subway is on your mind.Kid-friendliness: Jac, and the other employees, were very understanding of our 5 year old who wanted to order his own sub.Parking: There were ample spots, even if it were busy, the parking lot is huge.

I love subway, and my husband and I go often. However, the last several times we've gone, they've messed up our sandwiches (ordered online so didn't see them make the subs), and went in tonight at 750, and they were already out of bread other than one, 6 inch wholegrain, or flat bread. They still had over two hours until close, and they're out of bread? I don't understand. The staff was friendly, but this is probably the 3rd time in a month this has happened, and we haven't eaten there because of this. We make a special trip there just to be disappointed again and again. Very disappointing, and sounds like others have had this experience over and over as well. I, along with 2-3 other customers walked out tonight due to no more bread.

I've discovered power bowls...low carb/high protein done just as you wish. Family likes traditional hot subs, they do great on those too.

I realize Manhattan has no other sandwich places on the west side but this place is always too busy, slow, and screws up orders because they are overworked and probably under trained. Tonight we got crouton sandwiches. They were so stale. A cookie, juice box, and kids meal toy were missing also.

It's not like it used to be. The bread is baked on site but not very flavorful if you compare to Jimmy Johns. A meal deal with half a sub comes to $12.50. the person making my sandwich didn't know it was supposed to have double cheese when I asked her, I had to ask the next employee about it. The pepper jack is the worst I've ever tasted, a weird process cheese flavor and mushy texture. When fast food costs what a sit down meal does, there is a problem. I could have had a hot burger, fries and a drink for well under $10.There isn't enough quality of food to merit a revisit, especially considering the price. The few scattered seats and decorations don't lend any atmosphere.

Avoid. It's subway so you know what you're getting. But I just waited 50 min for a 6" cold cut. Understaffed and out of most veggies. think I'm in shock.
