Not only did I wait for a long time at a not busy restaurant, but I got a half full crunch wrap. Lol one side was all toppings and beef and one side was just cheese and sour cream. At this point throw the whole restaurant away. Stop renovating if you're understaffed. I wanted to say zero stars but my other food was good so... two stars. I wish I got a picture but I only figured out once I was half way in and trying to figure out why I didn't hit any beef or toppings!

let’s get real, taco bell isn’t where you’re going for the best mexican food in the world. they’re very busy which means a longer wait, but you’re getting good food.. and the service from employees was very kind. while waiting for an order, without prompt, i was just offered a free drink. very kind and unexpected. treat people with kindness.

I’ve never had any issues with food, but since I moved here, this Taco Bell has consistently taken 20+ minutes at the drive-thru. Not ideal for lunch breaks. It seems they are understaffed, and I do feel bad for the poor review.

What the heck is going on with this place. You would think after tearing the whole place down and rebuilding it would actually function. Of course not. I place a mobile order through the app (because you kind of have to or your meal is twice as expensive), get greeted by an AI voice at the speaker, and I've been in this God forsaken drive through now for over 20 minutes and I'm still not even past the speaker. THERES ONLY 3 CARS AHEAD OF ME WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL.
Maybe you could argue this is a one off experience, but no it's EVERY DAMN TIME. Once every few months I think huh I'll give this another shot then like clockwork its the most frustrating restaurant experience ever. This review is my official declaration that I will never go back to a taco bell in this town or anywhere else again.

People know what they're getting when they go to Taco Bell: "Mexican" "inspired" food that actually tastes aight, at a cheap price. I have no complaints really, other than the pricing on their Crunchwraps, but such is the world we live in these days. Oh yeah, their vegetarian items leave a LOT to be desired. The drive thru lines are long AF sometimes, but the people who work there are always kind and I know they're working as hard and as fast as they can. I'll keep coming back.

Newly renovated restaurant. Unfortunately, the whole staff is still in training. Part of being open late is waiting for your dinner to be finally made.
I usually love my Taco Bell. However since moving to the area this Taco Bell has constantly let me down. I was hopeful the renovation would improve things but the same problems still occur here. The service is slow. And I mean slow. I have never seen a fast food restaurant in my life take longer to make their food than I could eat at a sit down restaurant. I was in the drive thru for over 40 mins! And it has happened multiple times! I am most displeased with this location and would travel to the other side of the city to the other location for my Taco Bell cravings.
Edit to the original: I actually ended up waiting over 60 minutes just for a fast food order!
