Ordered off the web app and when I got there they said they didn't have the main ingredient of my order prepared so I waited an extra 15 minutes. Food tasting just okay didn't erase the poor overall experience. Just get some takeaway from Chens instead they're right there.

It took 26 minutes to get 4 tacos and 1 burrito, they were not busy at all!!! Our food was slapped together and very messy in the wrapping and the dining area was far from clean. Worst taco bell experience ever!

Honestly this location doesnt even attempt to portion any of their food. You get less than half of a regular scoop in the tacos with not even enough beef to single file line the taco. Its unbelievably bad. The location takes about 15 minutes to get through 3 cars as well.

Decent Taco Bell one of the few had an interaction with Emily and she was very helpful. They brought back the chili cheese burrito and she helped me with an order that wasn't appearing in the app. I couldn't have asked for more

The food was what you would expect from Taco Bell. It was made correctly and was fresh. Service was slow. You had to order at the kiosk, because no one would take your order at the counter. I ordered a simple bean burrito and it took over 30 minutes.

Hands down the worst fast food experience, and I have lived all over the country. Let’s leave aside the fact that the wait times are always 30 minutes or more. There is always, ALWAYS, something wrong with the order, like the time I added beans to my beef taco and got neither, or when half the order was missing. Every single time. Not giving this place another chance.

How does a FAST food restaurant take 40 minutes to an hour to make an order?!?! Slowest Taco Bell in Kansas! Not sure if they are short staffed but they need better management!!

It took around 25 minutes sitting in the drive-thru, with one other vehicle in front of us, to get stale tortillas, nothing wrapped correctly, or at all when it comes to the tacos. Pretty sure the Burrito Supremes were actually beefy 5-layer burritos, and everything was just thrown in the bag without napkins.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and having two tots have blowouts and changing station made it very difficult as a momma with a broken/hurt back. The employees were amazing and very nice and the food is usually pretty good. But the bathrooms were not clean ....
