First time at this Taco John's for me, first Taco John's ever for my wife and it didn't disappoint. We did the $1.39 crunchy taco Tuesday that were well filled and very good. Bought some bean burritos that were good as well. We'll be back. Customer service here is awsome. Very clean restaurant very well maintained. Hope they keep that Taco Tuesday going a long time.

APRIL 5TH! AFTER 9PM! They accidentally gave me the wrong drink, but to my shock.... one of the employees at the window literally waves me down as I was driving away and gets me the right drink! Now listen..... I have never had anyone stop me even while at the window or not and make my order right. Taco John's I really hope that you reach out to that employee and tell him he did a good thing! Not McDonald's or taco bell or anywhere else has ever pursued me to make things right. Not to mention they were all polite and my food was hot and just what I needed after a Not so great day. If you are that employee and read this.... just know I am proud of you! You made an extra effort that made my night a little better!

Had an online order. Went in to pick up, they didn't have it and told me I had to call the number on my receipt to fix. I pulled to the parklot and the number on the receipt just called the location I was at. They ended up asking me to come in and made the food for me which I truly appreciated. The online system however is a joke. Welcome to 2024 taco johns.

Tried to order through the drive up and the speaker was breaking up then had another worker a woman and said I can’t deal with this . Then the manager. The speaker keep breaking up! So I pulled around to the window to place my order. He said his name was Timmy…. Placed my order. . Two women, they’re laughing at me as I’m sitting outside waiting for my order…. It was very obviously, these two women didn’t really care about anything only to make fun of someone. . First time ever been to taco John’s only visited because it was next to the farmers market I don’t plan on going back . I guess this is what customer services these days, no kindness, no respect, end up, throwing all the food out because I was scared of what they put in it these two dark skin women were literally pointing at me and laughing
