APRIL 5TH! AFTER 9PM! They accidentally gave me the wrong drink, but to my shock.... one of the employees at the window literally waves me down as I was driving away and gets me the right drink! Now listen..... I have never had anyone stop me even while at the window or not and make my order right. Taco John's I really hope that you reach out to that employee and tell him he did a good thing! Not McDonald's or taco bell or anywhere else has ever pursued me to make things...
This place is great! The food is delicious and I am addicted to the Chipotle Lime Chicken Tacos. But even more than that, the service is absolutely outstanding! The staff is friendly and often goes above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this place!
**Updating my review. The night shift appears to be much more competent than the day shift.
Make sure to check you bag and receipt before pulling away from the drive thru. I was overcharged and missing items. Sadly it's not the first time it has happened and I should have known better than to drive all the way home before checking the bag.
