I chose a burrito with pork belly expecting to get some chunks of pork belly it was chopped up so small it look like about 60 cents of pork belly with hardly no flavor with a whole bunch of rice cilantro and onions in a tortilla and I chose no beans and it was just like a tortilla filled with rice it was not worth $12 probably had less than the dollars worth of meat in it
This was the only food trick open on the food truck corner. First time I've stopped in to the location (at least 5 other food trucks parked there). Got the fajita bowl that was a special with asada for meat. Got home and looked at it and thought this is going to be a bunch of leathery chewy meat. Was I wrong! Actually very tender and cooked well. It was great. Biggest complaint I have, which is actually a compliment for most was there was very little rice on the bottom vs most places that load up the rice and skimp on the actual main ingredients. I only say this is a complaint because I did try some of the rice I dug out separately and this is the perfect flavor I love. Will have to get a separate side of it next time!
