While visiting Manhattan, this was THE BEST meal I had. The food is fabulous(chicken fajitas quesadillas 10 out of 10!) The service so friendly! I think it's in a vintage downtown VFW, so quaint I love it. Can seat a large group easily.

Me and husband went in for a early dinner based on the reviews we wanted to give it a shot. They did not disappoint, food was fresh and delicious. I had the carna asada tacos, hubby had Pollo tropical. Chips were a great free addition. Bathrooms were clean with changing tables for those with littles. Building has plenty of free parking. The seating is different, large tables, would be great for big parties.

I don’t understand the good reviews. Nothing tasted “good”. Some dishes were edible. Some dishes tasted so bad we didn’t eat them. Fish tacos were the worst I’ve had. Enchillada was not good. Rice is bland. I don’t get it

I ate here yesterday evening while visiting for work and got the 5 taco special, one each of steak, carnitas, pastor, chicken and barbacoa with the spicy salsa and a bottle of coke imported from Mexico (the best coca cola) and it was delicious. I got my food to go and took it back to my hotel but still got to get some garnishes from the salsa bar. They double wrapped the tacos, which I've been some places that don't and it's always better with two corn tortillas so they don't fall apart from the meat juices. The spicy salsa wasn't just spicy, it was flavorful. I will def eat here again when visiting MHK.

I looked at the reviews that this place had and that was why I decided to visit it, I was a little disappointed, the food was tasteless, nothing out of the ordinary, apart from that the food for me personally was expensive in relation to With the experience/food they offer, the place is spacious, but it looks very sad, I would recommend a little more ambiance and that way they could attract more customers. I think that an estimated waiting time for the food would be around 20 minutes, in conclusion I think it is a place with potential, but they need to improve some things,

Little did they know a food critic was going to walk in. Right on South 4th street I found a hidden gem. Located in Kansas this is one of the most authentic Mexican joints to come eat it at. I felt like I was at someone’s Mexicans grandma’s house. The hospitality was amazing, 10/10. The menu has a ton of choices from different meats to side items. I asked for a customized item to my Trio Burrito which was smothered and Godly delicious. I will definitely come back. With the location having an added Bingo and Bar in the same facility. Very delicious and authentic. Also an extra star for the Mexican music!

We had dinner there tonight and the food was fantastic, not as heavy or greasy as Mexican restaurants can sometimes be. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is inside of an Eagles club so it's not super fancy, but the food and prices were worth going back for. We will definitely be back.

The most authentic Mexican food I have eaten in Kansas, I hope this place flourishes, I have recommended it to many friends, fresh and delicious, plus a salsa bar, day and night difference to all other places this is unadulterated quality food, so happy I found this place.
