Hi Lo is a hidden gem in Manhattan, Kansas. You may walk past it if you judge it by how it looks from outside, but come in and you won’t regret it. The atmosphere is amazing, with quirky but beautiful decorations. The staff are very friendly and quick, the food is delicious (I recommend the cheese bricks specifically), and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank you Hi Lo for an amazing time!

This place is amazing. I came here last year and was so impressed, coming back recently was an even bigger improvement. AJ's pizza is amazing here, they even have a burger and some chicken entrees, 10/10. The Valentine's drink specials were so cute and delicious. And of course the Roulette was not disappointing. I am so in love with the vibes and experience here and will be returning.

No quite what was advertised on their Facebook and social media..It is quite busy with families (with small children) eating. Just not really a holiday "pop-up" bar. Went to Bourbon and Baker, which is more what you might want for holiday drinks and specials.
