After devouring their Mac 'n' Cheese Grilled Cheese, I understand why this place is so popular among college students! The college Nestrogela is real. I'm too old to be blacked out or stumbling around and needing a life jacket. However, if my college town had the Varsity Donut Food Truck, it could have saved me a few nights!
Great place. As an aviation crew member, we didn't get into town until around midnight. We were so appreciative to find out there were food options like The Varsity Truck that had dougnuts, corn dogs, and even a mac n cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Definitely recommend stopping by here if and when they are open. We landed on Saturday, right before midnight. I love the varsity truck, but I wish they still sold donuts like they did a couple years back, now they mostly got hot food like grilled cheese or corn dogs but still a very cool place to get a quick bite if you're in Aggieville (especially bar hoppin lol)
