We pulled up to the drive through to order with two cars in front of us. It took 40 minutes to receive our driver through order which didn’t even turn out correctly. I rate this place a 0 out of 10.

Kind and polite, food is healthy and delicious. I love the Detox Island green with the ginger is so delicious.
Vegetarian options: Have lots of vegetables and fruits. Hummus dish and Supergreen Caesar that is yummy.
Parking: Limited parking
Kid-friendliness: Great meals and drinks for kids also.
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking space available and curbside order and order ahead of time pick up parking. Out door place to eat that wheelchair can access. Also inside as well for one or two wheelchairs.

I gave these cats 5 stars because I couldn't find a reason to take any stars away. Staff here does a great job with the food side of things and my smoothies always have come out consistent.

We have been here several times, and WOW service is very slow. We have sat in the drive through for 30+ minutes waiting on one smoothie with only a few cars ahead of us. What are they doing in there? I’m not sure how it can take that long to make a smoothie. We tried going inside today and also had very slow service. People who had ordered ahead of time on the app also had to wait in the lobby for 15-20 minutes for their order.
Most of the time the food is good, but we've also been given smoothies that were not blended well or were very watery. One time we went home and blended the smoothie in our own blender because there were so many chunks in it.
We love tropical smoothie cafe, but this location is on the struggle bus.

29 minutes in the drive through for 1 Flatbread and a smoothie. 2 cars ahead of me (was 3 but the one directly in front of me left from the drive thru ordering menu). Other cars behind were leaving. They messed up the smoothie but at that point I just wanted to get out of there so, I didn't bother going back in line for who knows how long.

I’m not gonna lie, the peanut butter cup I ordered tasted like straight ice and protein powder. I hate writing bad reviews but this is starting to become a pattern and there is no consistency at all with the drinks I order.
Horrible customer experience. Manager instructed front counter person to refund my money, but they never did.

The food was good (consistent with other TSC locations). The kids working there were friendly when interacting with us. The store looked clean, but it had an unpleasant odor. The girls working in the back were loud the entire time we were there - laughing & joking.
Vegetarian options: Smoothies, açaí bowls, and flatbread sandwiches all have vegetarian and vegan options.

Food and smoothies are pretty good, I haven't had anything I didn't like yet, workers are polite...but good grief, this must be the slowest service I've ever experienced in a drive through. Do not come here over a lunch break. You'll be late getting back. I'm not exaggerating, you can expect to spend a half hour waiting on your order, even if it's only one item. I have been in the drive through for 25 minutes as I write this and there is no sign of anything moving yet. There were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. The pace this place moves at is agonizingly slow, cannot come back unless this is addressed.
