“Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behavior I recently had a truly unpleasant dining experience here. Despite the initial inconvenience of being seated at an undesirable table, I was willing to overlook it. However, the subsequent events were entirely unacceptable. After expressing my disappointment to the manager about the host's misleading information, I was shocked to be verbally abused by the same host at my workplace. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is completely unacceptable. I urge management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and creates a hostile environment for both customers and staff.“

My favorites are the basil friend rice and khao soi.. many of my friends love the duck (pictured on the right). They also have the best crab rangoons and crunchy spring rolls in town.“

“I’ll recommend it because the food was good. The service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order then I received my appetizer before my drink. I had no silverware to eat said appetizer with. The waitress wasn’t friendly to add to the dissatisfaction. Maybe she just had a bad day, so I’ll go back. The caramel butter cake was to die for!“

“I had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Kaleb. He was super friendly, quick, and honestly just made the whole meal better. He checked on us the perfect amount without hovering, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly how we ordered it. You can tell he actually cares about his tables and enjoys what he’s doing.

It’s really rare these days to have a server who’s that attentive and on top of everything, so huge shoutout to Kaleb. If you go to Chili’s, definitely ask for him he’ll take great care of you.“

“Kites is so good that if the wait was over a year, I'd still Wait— edit 12/5 as we approach the Christmas season I think back to what it was like to have family. Now all I know is the festive feeling of waiting. I just wanted to place a simple order for the buffalo wings. The only thing keeping me going is the carolers outside spreading Christmas cheer by singing loud for all to hear— edit 5/14 gone is my life. I’ve missed so many occasions with my family. My grandmother passed away and I missed new years with my wife. She doesn’t even look at me anymore. I sleep on Kite's door stop. The endless waiting for "Wing the dang day" buffalo wings has become my life. Why can't i order? Is a take out order such a burden that they must ruin a life? I won’t give up. I’ll keep waiting.“

“I am a big fan of their food and love the things from their authentic menu. I tried the spicy pork intestines on a whim and that is now my go to. Ive had some really long wait times last year there was two times where i waited over an hour for my food (once at the restaurant and the other was delivery.) I didnt order for a while after that but startes again at the end of the year. Since i started again they have been pretty good on time.“

“Ordered a draft beer that took 15 minutes to receive from the time we were seated . No one working the barc. The food was cold ingredients on a super hot plate . The vegetables were cold and internal meat in the Sancho Especial was cold as well . Waitress was hard to hear and not very attentive“

“Exactly what you’d expect from a BWW, and had a great service, I was able to watch the euro 2024 game, and when I ask to buy a bottle of buffalo ranch sauce, even though they didn’t have bottles to sell, our waiter came back with container full of the sauce straight from the kitchen.
