What did you do to your iced tea and Frosty's?????? I stopped to grab dinner for the family tonight and ordered 3 iced teas and 3 frosty's with some food combos. Literally all three of took one bite of the Frosty's and said what is this??? I am hoping they weren't made right or something. Didn't have any texture like ice cream and they were very foamy. Tasted more like a frothy chocolate milk. Then tried the iced tea. Please tell me didn't switch to that junk out of a bag because that is what it tastes like. You used to have really good iced tea and the last couple we have got tastes like syrup out of a fountain dispenser, not iced tea.

Cold soggy fries, regular coke instead of coke zero, and wanted to charge 50 cents for some bbq sauce after spending 15.00 on a meal.

This franchise automatically moves your value meal to a medium and upcharges you without asking. It seems to be pretty common anymore at more than just this chain and location, but thought people should know they're dealing with an unethical and dishonest entity going in so they go in aware.

For the first time ever at any fast food restaurant I’ve been to, this was the first time my food didn’t look like it was thrown together with no care. The burger and chicken sandwich actually looked appetizing and whoever was in the back shows that they care. Mind you, I went through the drive thru.
I called to check hours and before I could even order the worker on the phone told me that he called the authorities on me and hung up. I do not believe this is appropriate behavior for ANY restaurant or fast food place. I will never be giving them my business again.

The employees though somewhat kind seemed to not want to be there and seemed to be messing up orders back to back. They need light music in the background and something festive put up in the dining area (it's almost Christmas and there isn't a smile in sight for crying out loud)
