Why is this the most expensive Wendy’s in the country for some things, other than in airports? Raising the price on 4 for 4 and Biggie Bag by $1-$3 ruined the value of coming here for lunch. It’s pretty bad when menu items in Kansas are more expensive than they are in Florida, Seattle, Hawaii.. I’ll stick to eating Wendy’s on my work trips out of Manhattan, it’ll save me some money at least. friendly staff here, at least that’s enjoyable.

The female cashier at the counter was extremely rude (3:30 pm on 1/6/24 when it was not busy, only with a few customers in the restaurants/drive-thru). She seemed unhappy when I started ordering. When I didn't hear her the first time, she just yelled at me in front of my kids. My kids were shocked too. I don't expect them to be kind or nice, but her attitude was extremely rude and unacceptable. If the manager sees this review, please contact me. I'd be happy to give more details on it.

Poor, they only care about the drive thru time. If your ordering in the lobby except a long wait. If you're delivery decline the order you'll spend your time waiting over 10 minutes. If you're ordering a delivery order from the other store it'll be much faster. Up, 20 minutes wait on food anyone heard of food safety issues, asked 3 times about a bag sitting there for 20 minutes

The Ghost Pepper chicken was a disappointment. My fries were great! Hot and crispy. The Ghost pepper is really some little flavor crumbles on top of the chicken. I'd say they were stale, not crisp or crunchy. It had very little heat for being advertised as Ghost pepper. Not really that much taste, and the chicken patty was dry. I should have just had a single and called it good. The sandwich wasn't even good looking enough to photograph.
