For being the only Wingstop in the area, you would think they would care to have service that warrants more business and customer loyalty when there are plenty of other options for wings on the same street, but no.

After placing a to-go order and arriving when I was told, I was greeted by someone who exudes disdain for their job. There was ONE BAG sitting in the to-go window, and after giving my name to the employee, I was informed my order was being prepared.

I then went and waited in my car....AN HOUR LATER, after checking with the same employee multiple times, she FINALLY read the name on the bag that had been sitting in the window since I arrived, and LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS MY ORDER!

She handed it over to me with no apology, concession, or care for the fact that my food was now freezing and that I had wasted close to 2 hours of my life in their godforsaken parking lot.

If you want to feel like trash and invest in a company with no standards, then the Manhattan Wingstop is just the place for you!

All boneless flavors came in the same box together. I didn’t even receive my traditional wings. I’ve called twice for a refund or store credit with no luck.

As a delivery driver and as a customer. The staff are helpful but at times seem not to care and it doesn't help if you're on a time crunch.

The worst service on this visit. The food tasted alright. I did notice a lot of flies inside the restaurant by the drink area. The owners should take more pride in their establishment.

So. It wasn't a good experience. But they were understaffed and working SO HARD. I ordered online and it said 28-33 minutes. I came in at 25 minutes and waited and extra 20-25 minutes. So almost an hour for 10 wings on an order ahead. When I went to ask the worker, he cared. He went back and checked and was quick to make me feel seen and heard. He had a lot of angsty hungry people. Thanks man.

The cooks were incredible. Only two of them and busting out an insane amount of orders. I probably won't order again but I do hope you get the employees you need to thrive.
