Dirty. I got there first thing around 1115 and the place was disgusting. There was a guy behind the counter eating a chicken wing. Then later when he was preparing food he was eating a sandwich. Never again will I return.

Went to wingstop one night. I had placed an order online, well the stored had closed 10 minutes early and for some reason it still let my order go through and took my money. Well I tried to get a refund and never received my money back.

We came to the Wingstop and their sign for the fountain drink that says no ice however, they are not advising customers that the drinks are coming out warm. If your drinks are coming out of the machine, they should still be cold. So when I asked to get a bottled drink instead He advised me he can’t replace it, and I need to be charged for it so I paid $10 for 3 drinks on top for what I paid for, The customer service needs to be better and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered any negative experience with this location

I got one ranch! It was awesome! Their food is always my favorite too! Just make the ranch a little cheaper please, I love it too much to have to pay that much!
For being the only Wingstop in the area, you would think they would care to have service that warrants more business and customer loyalty when there are plenty of other options for wings on the same street, but no.
After placing a to-go order and arriving when I was told, I was greeted by someone who exudes disdain for their job. There was ONE BAG sitting in the to-go window, and after giving my name to the employee, I was informed my order was being prepared.
I then went and waited in my car....AN HOUR LATER, after checking with the same employee multiple times, she FINALLY read the name on the bag that had been sitting in the window since I arrived, and LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS MY ORDER!
She handed it over to me with no apology, concession, or care for the fact that my food was now freezing and that I had wasted close to 2 hours of my life in their godforsaken parking lot.
If you want to feel like trash and invest in a company with no standards, then the Manhattan Wingstop is just the place for you!
