I didn't get food, I got an attitude from the chick with long dark frizzy hair, atmosphere was annoyance from more than half the people there. The chick working at 5 pm Superbowl Sunday was RUDE .. she has zero customer service and who ever was managing the chaos was like I'm not looking up names they can all just wait! We ordered 2 days prior, we weren't the only ones to do this an older woman went up to complain, because people who ordered 40 min were getting their food. There were OVER 20 people waiting. The first thing Rudy Huxtable ask for is your name then says your going to have to wait WITH an attitude! And says I can't tell you how long of a wait... Then she complains outwardly to "herself" people know they are going to have to wait why would you order. The ONLY person who helped us, get a refund, was mark. The rude girl said we couldn't do one until we got upset. MARK with the cool mustache was the only helpful one. I've worked customer service for years from all up and down the West Coast to here and that girl had me double take, including the guy mark because of her flippant comment. Don't bother eating here! It's just a name the chicken at Dara's on hwy 24 has me fighting fam for the last piece anyway... btw the wait was over an hour and you would have missed the first quarter

Ordered for Superbowl weekend 2 days ahead of time waited to pick it up 40 minutes after my pickup time. Then I was told that it wasn't started and they couldn't give me an estimate on how long it would take. While I was standing there people who just ordered walked out with their orders the placed only an hour ago. So we asked for a refund as it was now only 30 minutes B4 kickoff. This took 20 minutes and they couldn't get me a receipt for it. While the light skinned lady working at the front was complaining about the customers saying that she didn't understand what everyone's problem was they knew it would be like this. Which is exactly why I ordered ahead and showed up late. There were tons of people in the same boat as me hopefully they got their orders. Side note only 1 person was working in the back while everyone else was just watching. Some of the worst management I've seen and they were completely unprepared.
