We were visiting/ staying at the Elgin Hotel for our second time. Parlour 1886 is conveniently located in the hotel with street and hotel entrances. Our first time here was in Dec 2024. It was amazing then and is still pulling out all the stops for service and quality now. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
