I order a lot here for my family. We have decided that we won’t do that anymore. Our last 3 orders have been incorrect even when describing in the comments. Then tonight, $50 worth, get home, and half of it is missing. My husband goes back gets what was missing, come back home, sit down to eat and our sandwiches are wrong.

I will start off my saying, I never leave negative reviews & tried to find out who the owner was to contact them privately but, couldn't find that information.We went in today & the customer service was terrible. First off, one of the girls was taking a selfie behind the counter when we walked in. My son ordered his 12" sandwich and replied "no" when asked if he wanted it toasted. I ordered two more sandwiches and told her the first one wasn't toasted the the 2nd one was. She relayed that the 12" was supposed to be toasted to the 2nd girl behind the counter - before she put it in the toaster I told her that one wasn't supposed to be toasted. The lady who took my order tried arguing with me and told me it was supposed to be toasted to which I said "no, you asked him & he said no". The two making the sandwiches both turned pissy and the girl adding the toppings to mine started throwing the toppings on to my sandwich. After she was done with mine I told her the other two just needed mayo & when the mayo container ran out she threw it to the back counter/sink & almost hit her co-worker running the register (who turned around to grab something) in the face. Then my son went to eat his sandwich and the 12" wasn't cut because the girl was too worried about being rude and pissy that she forgot to cut it. It was one of the worst displays of customer service I've seen. I won't ever be visiting this Subway again.

I haven't been to a Subway recently, and it is surprising how things have changed. There are many more menu options of prepared items rather than having to make up your own ideas, but doing your own thing is still perfectly acceptable as well.First time at this location. There is a large newly paved parking lot and the seating area is spacious. The two guys working today seemed to be really enjoying themselves, which improves the overall experience. I appreciated getting dine in items in a basket rather than wasting a plastic bag.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot has recently been resurfaced and is ground level with entry door. Unfortunately, no automatic door opener, and one of the doors was broken so opening a single door outwards could produce a challenge. The aisles and serving area are wide and free of obstacles which was refreshing. I didn't explore the restroom to give comment. There are both booths and tables available.

They were very busy, but staff worked hard to serve everyone in a timely fashion.
Terrible, made a pick up order and when we got home to eat....the topping were totally switched....the receipt was correct, but all the topping were wrong. Obviously they don't pay attention when making pick up orders. Nothing like scrapping off the toppings of each sandwich and switching them. Would have taken them back but I live 20 miles away. Not going back to this location......ever.
