The food was really good! The server was good. But that's where it ended.No menus, use your phone on the QR code. Would have been fine except it didn't work on anyone's phone. Finally got to order. One of us ordered a burger, a regular old cheeseburger. Guess what, no buns!Everyone in the place was annoyed about the menus.But a diner...with no hamburger bun?!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. But, With that being said there's only one person running the whole restaurant so I can somewhat understand the waiting for food and somewhat understand the person being rude being stressed out. I guess they need a cook and a waitress.

I had breakfast here. The guy that was working was nice, but didn’t seem to want to do anything extra. The place was very dirty. I needed to ask for a rag to clean off a table even though nobody else was here. I also found a hair in my hashbrowns. Probably won’t ever be back.

All I can say is just keep driving by it looks better from a distance ....walked in the floors and table s filthy and no one was in there at all bathrooms were so gross I would rather pee outside the food was was sub par if that I can cook better at home for sure ...I've been driving by this placd for 20 years and have never stopped I should of kept driving this time ...I should have got a donut at Casey's i hope we don't get sick honest

Wow should of turned around when I seen how nasty the floor was and the food was right up with throwing it straight in the trash had so much grease it was about a 1/3 cup of grease I just couldn’t eat it sad cause it could be a cute place definitely needs cleaned and a new cook first and last time i will ever go

Fantastic place to eat! The setting in the diner is wonderful and the workers were pleasant, and homestyle food was delicious. I ate there several times during my stay in Marysville Ks. I suggest if you ever come across a Penny's Diner stop in and give it a try!
The food was okay hopefully we don't get sick. I'm not really picky ...it was the food getting handled without gloves and the person that was cooking went to the bathroom and I was surprised that he didn't wash his hands at all in the bathroom or kitchen sink he was also picking food up without any gloves and then wiping on his pants and then I notice that his pants were dirty looking like he was a mechanic cooking food. It takes a lot to gross me out and he picked up my Texas toast after he wiped his hands on his dirty mechanic pants.. so I will not be showing up again never had any problems with Jason cooking in there I was always a clean person I guess this place went downhill after they got a new cooks.

absolutely awful. place was near empty, flies everywhere bothering us. two people working. ordered an appetizer and it was great and came out fast. ordered food, not a word for an hour. called waitress over and her response to asking what was taking so long was “I don’t know what’s wrong with the cook”. the guy was behind the counter pacing back and forth and doing things seemingly at random. we left soon after without getting our food. terrible experience, would not recommend. much better places to eat in marysville. would rather take a 12 gauge to the roof of my mouth than walk back in this place. 0/10. pathetic.

Very dirty, food all over the floor under the tables and the bathroom was disgusting, after we got our drinks my family desided it was to dirty to eat at. we were going to pay for the drinks but the waitress said it's fine so we didn't have to pay. she was nice. pretty sure even she knew it was dirty. don't Recommend eating there.
