Sweet Sassy Molassy is a hidden gem and a quaint small-town cafe with a super cute atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owners and staff are very friendly, sweet, and welcoming, taking time with you. The food is excellent, phenomenal, yummy, and amazing, with everything made fresh and homemade, not frozen, and portions are large. Unique creations include the Waikiki burger, The Step Cousin burger, the French Onion Burger, Quesa Birria Tacos, Jalapeño chips, Fronuts, and light omelets. The smash burger is possibly the best ever. Save room for fantastic desserts like the homemade Bonya cake. A charming model train runs overhead, adding to the feel. They have a full menu for any time of day and a community board offering meals to those in need. It’s a spot you won’t regret visiting.
