Great place for ice-cream and dairy products. Best chocolate milk ever.
Little trashy,but my sandwich was good.
Slow service and incompetent employees. Worst shake ever
This Braums does not compare to the others I. Service or cleanliness. This is a convenient location, that lacks quality of service and cleanliness of facilities and staff (dirty aprons, shirts, pants). Tables are not always cleaned under or off. Wait at the grocery check out averages about 5-10 minutes before service. We know to go up the food register to tell them we need to check out, then grab our few items and get them on the conveyor as they work to find someone to check us out.
Affordable ice cream
Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I waited in line for over 25 minutes and they look and didn’t say anything to us. There was nobody else in line just us and they were not busy at all, no way we should of had to wait there for over 25 minutes and still get no service. We ended up leaving due to the poor customer service and no one taking our order. Don’t recommend this place at all.. very disappointed with the bad service and this location all together.
Staff was super rude in the drive thru. They got our ice cream order wrong and we were very polite correcting them. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them.

Worst pancakes 😞
Just left. Stayed in the right side of restaurant to order food. Waited 5 mins, no one even acknowledged my presence. Asked politely should I order from the ice cream side. They finally told me,
I was in the correct place. The cashiers and workers with a puzzle look wondered why I ask them this. Then the guy making burgers said it was the right side I was on “ Their are just busy at the moment. I said, “ Thanks for acknowledging the customer and having great customer service”. I see this is what Kansas is on. Being a black Man with multiple businesses, I pride myself on having an excellent customer service and I just cannot stand in their presence anymore. I took my business elsewhere.
