Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers offers delicious burgers, fries, and frozen custard. The smash burger and stick fries with dipping sauce are popular choices. The customer service is excellent, with staff who are always friendly, smiling, and attentive, making sure guests are satisfied. The restaurant is clean, with managers and employees regularly checking on customers and maintaining a tidy environment. Parking is ample, including spaces for handicapped guests. The staff's friendliness and efficiency stand out, and even in difficult situations, such as delays, they go above and beyond to provide great service. The menu includes a variety of tasty options, and the custard, especially the pumpkin flavor, is highly recommended. Overall, it is a great spot for a tasty meal with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.
