Apparently when you want to order just the 1/4 pound hamburger patty, this location will charge you $3.00 per patty. I get that it's a brick and mortar location but every other McDonalds I've been too charges $1.50 per 1/4 pound patty and $.99 per 1/8 pound patty. It's a carnivore diet I'm trying to sustain and McD's has always been accommodating....just not this location. The manager, I'm assuming here(Cameron R.) was involved and sarcasticly apologized for not being able to meet my dietary needs. When I went up to ask his name, he became more apologetic with more sincerity. Unfortunately, it took this to eliminate the sarcasm in his empty apology. My dietary needs are because I'm trying to use a carnivore diet to help in my battle against cancer. Hopefully, future guests won't have this experience.
Dietary restrictions: Not really unless you're willing to pay those ridiculous prices.

I visited the drive-thru recently and ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget, large fries, and a Dr. Pepper which I paid for . Unfortunately, I received a 10-piece nugget, cold fries, and a Coca-Cola instead. On top of that, the staff at the speaker seemed distracted and unprofessional. The entire experience was frustrating, and I ended up waiting far longer than expected. This was, without a doubt, the worst hour and a half I’ve spent at a fast food restaurant. I’ve had better experiences during the day shift, but it seems like the night shift is severely lacking in service and attention to detail. I won’t be returning past 5 PM again

literally the slowest service ever. drive thru took over an hour. horrible, rude employees who were on their phones while there’s a long line of cars waiting.
They always forget something, doesn’t matter if it’s a straw or utensils they will forget it. Very slow and ALWAYS a line to the road.

I went to the drive thru. The guy working the money part was overweight, unshaved, his clothes looked like they just got dug out of the laundry basket and he was not pleasant at all! Never said 'hi', 'thank you" or anything. Just took my $ and shoved back my change. Never made Amy eye contact, very rude!
