I ordered an 8 piece wing dinner and my son ordered 3 and 3. Three of his wings came out plain and the outside was so crispy, he struggled to bite through the skin. I encouraged him to take them back to the counter with the receipt to get the sauced ones he ordered. They brought back his same basket with sauce dumped on them. Not fresh ones.
I went to get my drink and both plastic ice dispensers were filthy!! The inside was brown and NOT want I wanted touching my ice!!
I proceeded to eat my wings and found them so tough I could barely eat them! Like my son’s order, the chicken skin was like a rock you had to bite through to get to the meat. And once you got to the meat, it wasn’t tender either! I regularly order wings from my local Pizza Hut and grocery store deli and the meat practically falls off the bone. Not sure why yours is so horrible.
At the end of my meal, I went to the bathroom and the inside of the stall door was filthy from people opening and closing it! I’m not sure if the gray paint color made it worse or no one has been wiping it down, but YUCK!
I highly recommend getting this store (especially the ice dispenser) a thorough clean and if the wings are normally that tough and basically inedible, maybe investigate how other restaurants do better or stop serving wings all together.

Went there about 30 minutes before it closed and ordered a 3 piece chicken. I could tell they were not very happy with me because I was there so late. When we got our food my daughter received the three-piece chicken and they were tiny like the size of a large chicken nugget. Looks like they didn't want to fry up any new chicken so they used the scraps that were left over from the day. Regardless of what time it is I expect better service because I am a paying customer. Definitely will not go there again. Very disappointed.

They advertise that their food is always made fresh and cooked to order. We received our food (club sandwich meal and a 6 wing meal in under two minutes and it was just warm.There is no way that food was prepared to order. False advertising.

I ordered at 8:49pm and waited for a good few minutes to receive charcoaled bread. My fries had next to no seasoning. My order was also rushed so i didn’t get to order extra ranch until i got to the window. they seemed to be disinterested when taking the order. I normally really enjoy Slim’s, but this is just laziness.

We stopped here to grab a bite to eat on our travel. It was horrible, we both had the fried chicken sandwich meal, the chicken was very dry and tough. It tasted like it was made that morning and this was around 4:30pm. Not to mention the sandwich and fries were cold. Very bad experience, and the worst part was the waste of money for it all ended up in the trash 😠
