I LOVE to stop at this location and frequently route my corporate travels through this town (I.e. hotel stays, etc.) because of this Starbucks! The last time I was in this shop I ordered and the day was extremely friendly and when I asked her name she told me she was the manager. I can see why, she was lovely and she made my most detailed coffee like this was normal in a day, no problem. I am starting to write reviews as I travel through the state. I don’t write bad reviews, but I WILL take the time to celebrate the people who give their job 100% and make my crazy days so much more bearable.

I’m always impressed with how quickly my drink is served here—whether I go through the drive-thru or dine in. The staff is on top of their game and does an excellent job serving up delicious coffee drinks.

At 8:29 AM I placed an online order for a grade coffee and a double smoked bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich. I got my stuff, then headed work. When I got to work I pull out my sandwich. Wrong sandwich. Tried chocking it down only cause I paid $6 for this sandwich. Well not only was it the wrong sandwich, it was also completely cold in the middle. I called them 9 times. No answer. Had to call Starbucks customer service to get a refund.

Why is McPherson Starbucks ice coffee 2 inches from the top of the cup and full of ice? It’s pricey to get very little coffee. The worker said it’s standard for them.

Drive thru and app orders take priority to dining room. I was the 2nd of two customers in the dining room and we had to wait for five vehicles and 3 app orders before we received our orders. My partner was able to walk to McDonald's, place an order in their dining room, wait, receive the order and walk back before I received my order of 2 Frappuccinos.

Parking: I appreciate the drive thru access goes around the parking lot.
