Terrible customer service. They ignore you standing there at the register while waiting for 10 min. Then, he walks up to the left register, while I'm standing at the right one, doesn't say anything, then customers cut in front of me when. I was there first. Had an attitude like they don't like their job. I won't ever come back to this location again. It's marked in my GPS.

The food was delicious, but the wait at this location is ridiculous. I placed my order around 6:45 and didn't leave the window with my food until 7:39pm. Each car ahead of me had around a 10 minute wait. I didn't pay attention to any of them specifically besides the one immediately before me which was at the window for 7 minutes. I was at the window for over 10 minutes but they did let me know they were needing to do two Doordash orders before they were making mine. Clearly Doordash is more important?

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing

Ordered two chicken quesadillas and there wasn’t even a big drive-thru line, yet I still waited over 30 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Fast food shouldn’t take half an hour, especially when the place isn’t busy. MacPherson Taco Bell seriously needs to get it together.

Ordered a steak quesadilla but got mostly tortilla with a hint of cheese and barely any meat. This isn’t new — this Taco Bell consistently skimps on portions and has a habit of burning “crispy chicken” into charcoal.

I ordered a #1 supreme 3 crunchy taco meal and a #2 meat and cheese only 3 soft tacos meal and hot sauce, got home sat down opened the bag, only 4 tacos total, 2 of each kind no sauce. What I got was delicious but…I tried to call the number google gave me for the store, it went to voicemail. I’m too tired to drive back over for 2 missing tacos.

Nov. 4 / Tuesday @ 945pm. Waited in the drive thru for 30 min. Employees had already shut down the fryer so menu was limited. It costs $45 to feed 3 people, 2 items each. It should atleast be good. I wish I took a picture. The gorditas & quesadillas were practically empty. I paid to eat $45 tortillas. Of course the inside is closed so unable to remake or refund. Clever. If you don’t like your job, QUIT.

Went tonight to grab our online order...Got home to Lyons, we ordered 2 supreme boxes ...my soft taco wasn't a supreme and my husband didn't even get one.. this isn't the first time it's been messed up. Friendly service at window all the time but the food prep person needs glasses or learn to read!

Unaware of your menu. Unfriendly. Annoyed by your presence. No different than Applebee's crappy service. At least Applebee's serves alcohol to make the employees tolerable. Also... got nothing we ordered. Random food. Mild sauce means hot
