After a year of not going to the hell of a bell... still the same. Just burn it down and let it die. It's a MASSIVE joke at this point.
Guy at the drive threw window was nice about the only nice thing I have to say about it.
Better going to hutch or salina if you want taco bell.

They forgot our fries and when we went back to get them the Manager threw the fries at us and slammed the window shut 🙄smh, now i see why everyone says our taco bell sucks , poor customer service and by the manager of all people.

EVERYTIME I come to the McPherson Taco Bell, they are slow and the food sucks. It’s all tortilla and they always forget something. Takes 15 plus minutes to get my one burrito.

Quite literally the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Every time I come here I wait at least 20 minutes and when I finally get my food it's usually cold and soggy. Stay away from this location.
You can wait 25 minutes in the drive-through and sometimes 10

Food always comes out messed up, the tacos are coming out smashed, and it take upwards of 20 minutes to get through the drive through. They took my order at the speaker, i waited for another 25 minutes, and I got to the window and they hadn't even started it. I watched them reset the wait timer, so they could look good for management. Place needs a serious rework.

Got what I expected. With fast food locations that's ok.
So I went back today about 1:30 PM because it sounded good. Went in, appeared to be fully staffed, and not that busy but no one would wait on us. After 4 minutes an employee came to the counter and said they no longer accept orders over the counter, and that I would need to use the kiosk to place an order. That was it for me. Sure I can use the kiosk, and I have before, but telling me that's what I have to do did not set well with me. I left. You can do DoorDash, Uber Eats, drive through, etc but you can't do walk-in counter customer. I'm out!

My husband and I visited this location last Sunday (3/23/25) and our experience was abysmal. This was the slowest and absolute worst Taco Bell we’ve ever been to, which is saying a lot.
The initial quoted wait time for our mobile order was 25 minutes, which seemed way too long to begin with. They marked our order as “ready” 15 minutes in, but our food was nowhere to be seen. My husband finally got an employee’s attention 20 minutes later and she was completely unhelpful. It took another employee to locate our order and found that they had completely missed it.
They were able to make our order within 10 minutes after that, but the food was vile. Our Cantina Chicken Quesadillas were cut into two pieces instead of four and everything about them was disgusting. They were the worst quesadillas we’ve ever had. Our tacos were also soggy on the bottom.
We were traveling and were stuck at this fast food restaurant for an hour, which really screwed up our travel time. This was an extremely angering and frustrating experience and we will not be visiting this location again.
I contacted customer service to get some kind of satisfactory resolution to this experience. I only got an automated response with a coupon that didn’t even cover a quarter of the total cost of our meal. This whole situation was truly disappointing and awful all around.
