My husband and I visited this location last Sunday (3/23/25) and our experience was abysmal. This was the slowest and absolute worst Taco Bell we’ve ever been to, which is saying a lot.
The initial quoted wait time for our mobile order was 25 minutes, which seemed way too long to begin with. They marked our order as “ready” 15 minutes in, but our food was nowhere to be seen. My husband finally got an employee’s attention 20 minutes later and she was completely unhelpful. It took another employee to locate our order and found that they had completely missed it.
They were able to make our order within 10 minutes after that, but the food was vile. Our Cantina Chicken Quesadillas were cut into two pieces instead of four and everything about them was disgusting. They were the worst quesadillas we’ve ever had. Our tacos were also soggy on the bottom.
We were traveling and were stuck at this fast food restaurant for an hour, which really screwed up our travel time. This was an extremely angering and frustrating experience and we will not be visiting this location again.
I contacted customer service to get some kind of satisfactory resolution to this experience. I only got an automated response with a coupon that didn’t even cover a quarter of the total cost of our meal. This whole situation was truly disappointing and awful all around.

So very disappointed. We like personal service and today we were told we had to order on Kiosk. We said we wanted to do at the counter. He said he was told to tell us to order on Kiosk. What happened to customer service. We walked out.

Have it door dashed !! It has taken more than hour ! Then they told the door dashed it has been cancelled, no notification to me at all! Then told door dashed that they could not make the Mexican pizzas cause they are out of the sauce , still never notified me !! The night crew are very slow , rude and inconsiderate! If you go there I recommend not to do it at night !!

Food was fine, what you’d expect from Taco Bell. I don’t appreciate an employee wearing a confrontational Trump sweatshirt while working at Taco Bell. I do like the irony but maybe keep it more professional. I’m just looking for a quick bite, not a political statement.

Yikes. There was 1 person ahead of us and it took 30 minutes before we asked for a refund. Multiple cars went through the drive thru during that time, so I guess don't expect to get service inside ?

I know it's tough dealing with customers, feel sorry that the kids working can't hear correct orders, more training needs to be implemented. Ordering a #3 with a Large Baha blast does not mean I wanted 3 drinks? Come on?
