It took for everything except for getting seated. The food was not good then the server told one in our group what he had ordered when that is not what he ordered, there were 7 of us that heard what he ordered. DON'T GO THERE if that is the way the the new owners are going to let things go.

The food was great! The service was good as well. Would have given it a 5 star if we didn't have to wait over an hour for our food and that includes our appetizer. Definitely don't expect that kind of wait at a sports bar and grill. We had 4 adults in our party. We almost walked out and went somewhere else. We even looked around and they were not busy. Plenty of open tables. Did not justify over an hour!

So far I have had a mushroom & swiss burger and a Philly cheese steak sammich.
Those were okay. Just bland. I think those items could use a bit more seasoning.

Looks like Friday & Saturday evenings they could use more kitchen staff.

Came into tonight during a busy weekend of being down here for State Fair, the service was top notch, the food was hot and fresh. We had a party of 7 of us, good mixed drinks and beers, kids had sodas, pretzel bites as an app and just great bar food. All for under $150. I highly recommend and will return next time!!

We are locals to the area and love to find the great little hideaway sports bars to grab a drink and a bite to eat. We've had good and not so great service here, but with the recent new ownership we wanted to give it another try.

The food was really good. We had the fish and fries and it was awesome. Others in our party had chicken strips and a burger and they were all very pleased with the quality and portion sizes. Kudos to the cook!. It's nice that they don't charge for every little thing like extra ranch and such.

The service was a bit lacking but we'll chalk that up to new servers. She was trying but lacked in being attentive to us. We sat at a bar top table and had to go to the bar to get more drinks a few times. Customer service is key - especially at a restaurant/bar - and being on top of your tables keeps us coming back as well as tipping good.

It's a nice little bar, just needs some upbeat music to keep a lively atmosphere. Lots of TV's which is a plus. Would be a great place to watch the football games this fall. We'll be back - we like to support the smaller local establishments. Live music and nightly specials might help. Advertising too! Good luck - Go check them out. Let's keep these establishments alive!

Don't let the decorations fool you!!! No service! Waited 1 hour to only be served a glass of water. When we complained to the WAITER and manager about the service: the WAITER told us WE DID NOT HAVE TO BE THERE! The table next to us same WAITER thanked me for saying something!

Came to the restaurant across the parking lot and had our drinks and appetizer in 13 minutes and this place is packed unlike the SPORTS DIVE!!

Updated: served food and finished eating in less than 53 minutes. Had a stop watch running.

The new owner is changing things up - I pass through McPherson often and this is the place to stop. Service is good, food is good, plenty of TVs for sports- and they have Golden Tee!

I don’t live in McPherson but was there with my family and a family friend we order kids chicken tenders and kids cheese pizza took 10-15 to get our drinks (water) are food came out faster than it took to get our drinks the kids couldn’t eat the chicken it was 99% dough looked like a hush puppies from long John silvers the fries were not cooked either the beer tasted old the pizza was cold and just cheese on a cold tortilla after letting the staff know they bring a $37 ticket with stuff we didn’t even get and when we showed them the chicken and ho it’s just burnt dough ten we get cheaper ticket don’t let your kids eat here would not recommend eating or stoping in to check it out absolutely disgusting

To give a 1 star, is honestly kind of nice…
Atmosphere/interior was honestly the best thing about it.

To start, we walked in, our party of 5 kiddos and 3 adults, only one other group in there at 5pm. We got seated… switched tables ourselves to better accommodate our seating.. about 10 minutes later, ordered our drinks (all water since we just came from pool). Waited about 15 minutes for those..(long enough for one adult to order their own water at the bar and then come back and drink it completely before the rest of the group got theirs)
We thought we’d order the kids orders while adults ordered a couple alcoholic drinks and browsed the menu. Ordered: 3 chicken tenders w/ fries, Mac n cheese and 1 cheese pizza. Well… we got our alcoholic drinks about 6 minutes after ordering.. and then the kids plates came around 10 minutes or so. (About 30 minutes after being there) we cut up the chicken tenders.. only to discover STRAIGHT BREADING. Literally, ONE piece was actual chicken MEAT. The kids tried one bite and instantly spit it out because it was literally just fried batter. We told our waitress and let them know, even bringing them the whole basket of cut up “chicken”. They asked us what we like to replace with… (menu features chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, beef slider(subbed for pork bc out of beef), Mac n cheese, and pizza (cheese or pepperoni). We replaced with pizzas..(as of chicken sandwich would be the same chicken we already got and kids didn’t want the pork sliders)
WELL we waited at least 10-15 minutes for these 3 CHEESE pizzas (tortilla pizzas BTW) and they still had not came. The waitress was sitting another couple and said
“OH, you still don’t have your pizzas!” at which I replied, “no we don’t need them, we are ready to go NOW!” (After an hour wait for kids meals only, 3 alcoholic drinks and 5 kids waters).
THEN, tried to charge full price for these poor kids meals that weren’t even edible!! We literally had to go buy dinner at a whole different restaurant due to the service we got here!! Our whole party had to leave hangry due to this horrible service. Glad we gave our $$ ELSEWHERE.

Frequently in the area for work, and The Fieldhouse always delivers on food and drinks. All of the servers are friendly and quick. Everything I have ordered here has been top notch. Thanks for being awesome!
