Drink station was broken, there were no meatballs, and they weren’t allowed to serve my kids the sandwich we’ve gotten for decades…pretty disappointing. I won’t be coming back.The server did her best, but I was pretty darned disappointed by the lack of availability and lack of flexibility.

Great, small Sunway I was in and out. I dropped my soda in the parking lot, and I was able to get a new one, free of charge. I also drove off with my sweet tea on the roof of my car, but some nice man stopped me before it spilled. See great little subway.

Management is terrible!!!The assistant manager is very nice, but the manager Royanne, is very unprofessional, she is always all over the place, can't hold her head still, and acts like she is "cracked out" 100% of the time. She has horrible people skills, her boyfriend is constantly there when she's on duty, and she has her son at work with her constantly! Her son is out of control, harasses customers, and doesn't act accordingly to be in the restaurant while she's on duty.I don't recommend this location!

Asked for a meatball sub, first off the girl with the choker on that was to tight for her to think smushed my bread like she was putting on a fishing hook. Second she gets the meatballs that look like they’ve been in there for weeks and puts them on my sandwich. I go to the counter and the first thing she says before I speak was “is it the meatballs” showing she knew they were disgusting, why would anyone put those on a sandwich.

I'm not saying that the people in Meriden has Subway have the best rapping skills for the spinach wraps but the food is always fresh in the people are always super nice and everything's always really worth the stop just for the friendly customer service yep love small towns.
