Summary: Twas my first time eating at chilis ever and can say it was just okay lol
Food: got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla but they were pretty lukewarm when they arrived. Worse was how it didn’t really didn’t have a flavor. Had to eat it with the salsa n guac from the chips (these were good at least) to even have a taste. So wouldn’t recommend them lmao
Service: our server was friendly and patient with us. Even though it was packed, we barely had to wait before getting a table
Atmosphere: not bad? Kinda reminds me of Texas Roadhouse but with more lighting and breathing room lol

Let me tell you..... I tried to call my order in since it's on my way home, i called lady on phone says please hold okay, but I was on the phone for 12 minutes still no one picks up the phone so at this point I have arrived at the to go line door, I get in wait another 2 minutes not so bad, FINALLY SHE WAS READY TO HELP ME so I joke with the lady and said yall must have been super busy because I been on hold for 12 minutes. She was like Oh that was me I had so many orders coming in and I forgot about you. LIKE WELL DAMMMMM OKAY (i didn't say it but my face said it) Place my order and she said it will be like 10- 15 minutes. I was like okay now I am a very understanding person so I sit down and watch her take orders no problem she puts 1 person on hold for like 2 minutes so she can finish up the 1 st call. Got it done in a good time, but what got me was that I waited like 20 minutes for my food but the thing was they brought my food out within 12 minutes, I watched a bunch of people walk past me, I didn’t ask if I needed help I didn’t see if it was my food or nothing. I had to wait for the person who didn't answer the phone and took my order to come back and remind you she disappeared, after my order but other workers asked Uber Eats if they had been helped. I eat here enough but this time I refuse to go back. STRIKE 1- 1st of customer service is a REAL THING!! I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ON HOLD THAT LONG. STRIKE 2- SOMEONE SHOULD ALWAYS BE THERE TO GREET AND TAKE ORDERS TO GO ORDERS. STRIKE 3- ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO WALKED PASSED ME GIVING OTHERS THEIRS TO GO ORDER COULD EASILY CHECK TO MAKE SURE I HAD MINE AS WELL SPECIAL SINCE YOU SEE THERE WAS NO ONE IN FRONT.

I wish I had pictures to share. We ate it immediately when I got home and didn’t think about pictures! I will tell you it was extremely good. Everything I ordered was so delicious. As I walked through to find the takeout Area, everyone was nice. Very nice! I appreciate every members hard work. thank you guys for a wonderful job. My family enjoyed the meal

The glasses they served our drinks in were gross. They kept forgetting food that we paid extra for like guac and kept getting annoyed whenever we’d tell them about the food they forgot to bring us. Additionally, the waiter was not the best at explaining the menu AT ALL.

Wonder food. It's chili's like all the other ones. Chips were great burger and fries were great. Sat at 6 pm about a 30 min wait for a table. A bit chili in the cold weather so bring a jacket.

Messed up two of three entrees in our to-go order. Left off loaded baked potato, left out guac for fajitas, plus steak fajitas were so tough my son could not eat them.

Chili’s has always been a great place to eat! My daughter and I shared a triple dipper, and everything was delicious. We got the chipotle chicken, sliders, and mozzarella sticks—all were cooked perfectly. We also signed up for the rewards program and got free chips, which was a nice bonus! The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!
