The glasses they served our drinks in were gross. They kept forgetting food that we paid extra for like guac and kept getting annoyed whenever we’d tell them about the food they forgot to bring us. Additionally, the waiter was not the best at explaining the menu AT ALL.

Wonder food. It's chili's like all the other ones. Chips were great burger and fries were great. Sat at 6 pm about a 30 min wait for a table. A bit chili in the cold weather so bring a jacket.

Messed up two of three entrees in our to-go order. Left off loaded baked potato, left out guac for fajitas, plus steak fajitas were so tough my son could not eat them.

Chili’s has always been a great place to eat! My daughter and I shared a triple dipper, and everything was delicious. We got the chipotle chicken, sliders, and mozzarella sticks—all were cooked perfectly. We also signed up for the rewards program and got free chips, which was a nice bonus! The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back!
The food is pretty good, the server was on top of it and the bartender knows how to make a margarita.

I leave many reviews, look back over my history. When I have incredible service I show love. When I have satisfied service I show love. Second time around Chilis……won’t be back. Hosts were more concerned with their social life, server dropped the Flatware from a foot off the table and said “Whaddya want to drink? We got Pepsi Products and Lemonade.” Personality? Intros? We were ready to have a great time, drinks, football. Please do better, we would like to come back sometime. Didn’t even order yet and we were gone

We were seated quickly upon arrival. The food was first rate. The atmosphere was hectic because they didn't have enough staff to handle the influx of people. I had to remind the wait staff that we had ordered dessert 3 times before they finally brought it to the table.
Kid-friendliness: The cliental included kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The main part of the restaurant was Wheelchair accessible as well as the toilets. The to-go section was small,thus, it wasn't Wheelchair accessible.
