Food is acceptable for prisoners. Stagnant molding water in their non functioning fountain. Limited sanitation. Outrageous price for what is offered. Would avoid at all costs
If I could give zero stars to everything, I would.
This was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have ever had at a Chinese restaurant. The food was absolutely horrible. My son’s fried dumplings were hard as a rock, and my daughter had the hibachi shrimp, crab, and steak — everything was way too salty. The crab legs were flavorless, and the crawfish looked dirty — brown, old, soft and clearly not cleaned properly. I also tried the mussels, which were mushy and had what felt like pebble-like grit in them, like they hadn’t even been cleaned very well.
To make matters worse, the service was rude and rushed. The waitress kept grabbing our plates while we were still eating. And then the bill came — they overcharged us and added their own tip, claiming it was a “weekend service fee.” That’s just plain bs and shady.
Honestly, this place was disgusting and over priced. Paid over $77 for 4 people and it was not worth it. The food quality, cleanliness, and service were all unacceptable. This place needs to be inspected. We will absolutely not be returning — and I strongly recommend others stay far away.
The beef in the broccoli was slimy. After the first few bites my stomach was feeling bad. The food wasn’t even really warm. Diffidently needs a inspection on food temperatures
Good hot and sour soup! Got there for late lunch at 2:30, lunch till 3pm. Lot of the food seemed to have been there for awhile and not stocked. Normally a very good buffet, but not so much it's time.
They discriminate they tried to make us pay before we were even done. They didn’t do that to anyone else in the restaurant. All because the color of my skin.
A few things were good like the mayonnaise shrimp. The sushi was mediocre at best. I will not return. There was stagnant water in the pond/fountain was not working. More like sewage filled with trash.
As good as one would expect a Chinese buffet to be. Especially love their Honey Chicken. Only complaint is the floor is incredibly slippery. I've been there twice with different shoes and I always feel like I'll slip and fall. Slippery in the dining hall and especially the restroom, feet were slipping even when I was seated?!
The food was great, but service was not. Waiters did not explain that you needed to seat yourself.

Terrible service from the waitresses with a little or no pleasant attitude, I don't know if it's their way of treating people but it even seems like they work by force, unfriendly and they almost ran us out of the place by pressuring us with the bill halfway through starting eat

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. It was awful. The food was bad. The service was bad. The place was dirty and smelled like trash. Over $70 for four people. Not even close to worth it.

The service is terrible. They bring you your sodas and toss the straws on the table. To get a refill, you have to keep calling them, and they come very reluctantly. They're quick to bring you the bill, though. I'd rather keep going to the buffet on Noland Rd. The food quality is much better and the service is phenomenal.
