$ 43 meal & they didn't send and email confirmation when our food was ready so our food was all cold and we didn't get our onion rings. Sat on the phone for about 30 mins total trying to get ahold of someone but no answer.

My son ordered lasagna from the menu took them twenty minutes to notice there wasn't any. Then it took them at least 10 minutes to come back and take the order. After they brought my husband's and my food out. Them they brought out the check before my son got his food. Which still had the lasagna that did exist on it. Then after my son finally got his food. The waiter said that he took the sandwich of the menu he did not. He said something along the line it's the thought the counts. We wouldn't be back to this Dennys

Food was ok but employees was just sitting in dinning area and could be heard talking about other employees. Not a good thing to do when near customers.

As soon as we walked in the white lady at the front desk said “sorry we’re out of everything” blah blah and I was like ohhhh ok lol so why open then? Lol anyway I never do reviews just thought I did now to save your time in going even though it says they’re open but they won’t server you oh well

Supposed to be a 24-hour restaurant, but closed at 10pm and didn't say anything when we were waiting at front counter for almost 5 minutes. Disappointing.

I was at this location this past Saturday around 515pm. There was only one server for the entire place. While typically this time isn't super busy - on Saturday the server was busting her tale end. Very nice young lady - very apologetic. I did ask her where her help was. I noticed management sitting at the bar area very attentive to her phone. While I do not know if she was " on duty" or NOT but what I observed was awful to say the least. IF a manager is in the building the manager should be assisting the staff with their needs. Way to go to the young lady who was busting her BUTT to do the job of several people !! Do better Denny's SM Pkwy - there is STILL a NEED for customer service - EVEN if you don't want to or believe in customer service . Will I spend my hard earned money here again... Probably not and neither will my colleagues or friends.

Stood there for darn near 10 minutes while all of the weight staff was back there having social hour ignoring the front end. Decided if I wanted to eat I needed to go elsewhere so I went across the street to Freddy’s. Have a good night!

We have been coming here for a year and it’s was a horrible experience! The waitress would not bring our drinks because “she is busy right now” or “she has a big party”. She also refuse to get my husband a side of egg because they were .50 more expensive due to the high price on eggs. We said it was fine but she still didn’t get them for us. We had dirty plates for the whole duration she wouldn’t pick up the appetizers plates. She gave us attitude.

Stood at the front waiting for a table for 9 min. One worker passed me by as they left for the day. The lady in the back who I'm assuming was the cook saw me 2 min in just standing at the cash register. I gave up. I realize it was a slow period, but at over 2 hour till close, someone should be paying attention!
