I actually used to work at this location. I still order here all the time cause I love domino’s pizza. Every once in a while there will be a flaw but that’s any fast food place. I do wish they still would put powdered sugar on the lava cakes but regardless they’re still amazing.

As someone who has tasted pizza from all over the world, I have to say that Domino's pizza is not authentic pizza. While it may be delicious and convenient, it is a far cry from the true pizza that can be found in places like New York City.Real pizza is all about the crust, and Domino's crust simply doesn't measure up. Authentic pizza crust should be crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of flavor. Domino's crust, on the other hand, is often bland and lacks the texture that true pizza crust should have.Another key component of authentic pizza is the sauce. Real pizza sauce should be made from fresh ingredients and should have a bright, tangy flavor that perfectly complements the other ingredients on the pizza. Domino's sauce is often overly sweet and lacks the complexity of true pizza sauce. And let's not forget about the cheese! Real pizza cheese should be melted and gooey, with just the right amount of stretch. Domino's cheese, while tasty, often lacks the authentic texture and flavor that true pizza cheese should have. But perhaps the biggest difference between Domino's pizza and authentic pizza is the overall experience. Authentic pizza is more than just a food - it's an experience that is deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of places like New York City. The atmosphere, the aroma, and the taste all combine to create a truly unique and unforgettable experience that simply cannot be replicated by a chain like Domino's.For those looking for truly authentic pizza, there is no substitute for the real thing. Places like Staten Island in New York City are home to some of the best pizza in the world, with authentic flavors and textures that simply cannot be replicated by a chain like Domino's. So if you want to experience true pizza, skip the chain and head straight to the source. In conclusion, while Domino's pizza may be tasty and convenient, it is not authentic pizza. The crust, sauce, and cheese simply do not measure up to the authentic flavors and textures that can be found in places like New York City. For those looking for the real deal, there is no substitute for the authentic pizza experience that can be found in places like Staten Island. So if you want to truly experience the best pizza in the world, skip the chain and head straight to the source.

Ordered a well done pizza. Came home with it and found out most of the dough was still raw. Had to put it in our oven. There was way too much cheese and even the toppings tasted bad! Also had to recut it. We will be finding a new place for pizza.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to give something to write this review. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our delivery; it never came!! I called and it just automatically placed me on hold for 30 min. During this waiting time, I drove to the store where I was met with rudeness. I asked for a refund, and was informed I had already received one because they decided to cancel the order an hour earlier since they didn't have time to do their job.

I don't recommend this location. The cook wasn't wearing gloves while he was preparing the pizza. That's not sanitary at all !

This location needs to be shut down. Seriously. This has to be the absolute worst staff, location, management, everything. There is 0 reason why a person should be allowed to leave an order, track an order for an hour, and then just suddenly see that your order has been canceled with 0 communication. The employees won't answer the phone. They just sit around the store. We have gone up there every time this happens and they don't even apologize. They just shrug and say they are out of toppings and sit there collecting their check. Yes, this has happened MULTIPLE times!Go read all the reviews on Facebook, yelp, Google, anywhere you can. You will see the same story over and over again. It is an absolute joke. Seriously. Bulldoze this entire place. Never let the owner own another restaurant. Fire everyone. Worse service ever. I don't even know why we bothered to try again.

Ordered 3/4/23 was estimated to be ready at 9pm. There were no employees when i got there. Another customer in the lobby said the manager and all employees walked out and quit. I waited awhile and no one came so I left. 2 hours later they charged my credit card for the order and marked it "ready for pickup" at almost midnight. No one from this location or Domino's customer support has responded for 5 days after multiple attempts to get a refund.

I really like new gentlemen that took over the store. My food was done on time , fresh, warm, and perfect toppings. Not sure why so many have had bad experience. I ordered my food online for store carry out. Thank you for keeping the place clean and making my order a good experience. Keep up great work.

I stopped in and ordered a couple medium pizzas and they told me about 15 minutes. They were very personable and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. 15 minutes later l was out of there and heading home. The pizza was great and l will stop again.

I do not recommend you use this location. Waited 1.5 hours for simple pizza. Unable to speak to anyone when calling for answers.

Ordered online for carry out. The food was great and made on time! The guy there said he was the only cook on duty and it was game day! This Domino's is understaffed but I'm giving credit where credit is due. Good job brother I appreciate your hard work!

Horrible. Horrible. Drive to Pizza Hut. This place is garbage and they never talk to people. Check on orders or anything. Never come here you'll never leave.

Placed a "future order" to be picked up an hour later on a Friday night. Upon arrival at the store at the time of my pickup, I received an email stating my order was cancelled. No explanation was given, just that I would be refunded in 24-48 hours. When I entered the store, there were probably 6 other customers there waiting on pizzas. The employee announced that if everyone's pizzas weren't already cooked, then nobody was getting their pizza. I was told that they were too busy to make my order and that they had a backlog of 50+ orders. They were clearly understaffed with only two people working on a Friday night. I've read about this happening to other customers. At least shut down online ordering or come up with another way to avoid overworking the staff aside from abruptly cancelling orders with no explanation. Will not risk going back to this location again, despite the promotions offered.

Ordered some wings and a brookie at 7:43. Order was made and left the store at 8:19. Arrived over an hour later at 9:30 so cold it all had to be reheated.Every single time I order from this store, it's a bad experience. I have literally gotten automatic apology offers the last three times or so without even complaining, because they already knew how bad it was. I don't even use them, because they are usually expired by the time I come back, since I usually just order other places. But Dominos is my fav pizza chain so I occasionally screw up and order from here again only to be reminded how terrible this store is.Settle for Papa Johns or Pizza Hut, honestly. At least they will show up.

I don't blame the staff really, it's just an absolutely horrible tech system/corporate support structure. I have had sooo many issues with Dominos over the last year, but this situation was the straw that broke the camels back. I had 80 hungry kids at a school event to feed at noon. I put in the order for 22 pizzas several days in advance. At 10:53am they called me to tell me that they were cancelling the entire order. Their whole store was out of dough. How do you run out of a dough when you are a pizza place? And if you did, but the system knows there is a massive order first thing the next morning, why didn't I get a message last night? And if their corporate structure was anything, why weren't they contacting other stores to see if anyone else could start making pizzas? Why did I have to call a bunch of pizza places trying to cobble together an order large enough to feed all these kids? I ended up putting in an order at Pizza Hut, and all pizzas were on the table by 12:20pm, so only 20 minutes late total. Considering the super late notice they got, that is amazing. It was actually the delivery guy that called me to tell me, bless his heart. Sooo not his fault, but management is basically 100% vacant.
