la atención al cliente es pésima!
Amazing food. Fast service. Paying service not the best. Make customers get up and with in line to pay.
I’m an Uber eats driver and first thing I noticed is how dirty and unsanitary the place is. The employees were more concerned about there phones than finding the order that they lost. Waited for over 20 minutes only for them to say they hadn’t even started it. Don’t waste your time or money here
Stopped here wanting to eat some pupusas. I’m from Virginia, I was visiting family here in the area of KCMO. But honesty the pupusas de arroz (rice masa) were terrible, it felt as if they hadn’t been fully cooked and they felt hard. Not the typical chewy soft texture pupusas should be and for the price not worth the taste. The service was ok. But the main dish of why Salvadoran restaurants are know for which it’s the pupusa was not there at all.
Was awesome, but minimal air conditioning on at 95°day. Can't recommend the pupusas enough
Customer service is horrible, I experienced it and they are not well organized, they are disrespectful.
Hell yeah … the food it’s really good and the service it’s greatly there’s a waitress called Claudia she’s so nice

Estoy en el restaurante ordeno un pollo con tajadas y estoy comiendo las tajadas y luego cuando pruebo el pollo save a mojarra frita por que mi amigo ordenó una mojarra y las frieron junto y le hago saber a la mesera y dice que no es problema de ellos por que ya me como la mayoría de las tajadas y luego ordena tirillas mi amigo le traen tortillas frías y mesera alega que son tortillas recién echas peso servicio ahí está lo que avía comido y claro que voy hacer una queja con el departamento de salud por que no pueden mezclar las carnes con mariscos
